The internal components are determined by either

accessing the Control Panel and Task Manager or opening
the case. Below are some pictures taken in the process.

B. External Components/Peripherals of the Family
Computer
The peripherals of the family computer are listed in
Table 1 along with its corresponding models and
specifications enclosed in parentheses.

was opened to examine the connections and components
inside. The case houses the CPU, two fans, power supply,
SSD storage, optical drive, and the motherboard.

There are two important types of connection standards

inside the computer. The first being the power supply pins
and the second being SATA (short for serial advanced
technology attachment) cables, both of which come with the
power supply. The SATA cables connect the motherboard to
the storage devices. The 24-pin connector, the largest
connector, powers the motherboard. An 8-pin connector
powers the CPU. Finally, the remaining connectors power
the CPU fans and the front panel indicators.
E. CPU Specifications

computer’s central processing unit or CPU. It is an Intel
Core i3-7100 dual core CPU. These specifications were
accessed using the Task Manager function under the
Performance Tab.

F. Memory Specifcations
Table 4 shows the specifications of the family
