I, Imran Mehmood S/O Pervaiz Mehmood, Muslim, Adult, present resident of


House no. Commercial Street, Phase 4, DHA, Karachi. Do hereby solemnly
affirm and state on oath as under: -
1. That I am the Respondent no. 3 in the above matter and I am well conversant
with the facts of this case and able to depose to the same.

2. That the accompanying application for urgent hearing U/S 110 (O.S) of Sindh
chief court rules is drafted and filed under my specific instructions and that I say
that the contents thereof are correct and true.

3. That the above application for the sake of gravity may be treated as part of this
affidavit.

4. That whatever has been stated above is true and correct to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
