This SWMS must be kept and be available for inspection until the high-risk construction work to which this SWMS relates is completed. If the SWMS is revised, all versions should be kept. If a notifiable

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Everyone working on this job is authorised to call a stop to the work if conditions change and/or if an unsafe situation arises.
If a stop work is called, the work team must review the SWMS and either modify the existing controls or introduce new controls, so the work can be completed safely. Work should not
recommence until these controls have been documented in the SWMS and implemented.
1. Call 000 if required, render first aid to any injured workers, and/or ensure the environment is free from immediate danger;
