Open BIM:
OpenBIM is the multidisciplinary process to create and manage the information model of a
construction based on open formats (independent of the software vendor that manages such
data) such as IFC, BCF, COBie, CityGML, gbXML, etc.

CDE not always be Open BIM, workflow must in accordance with ISO 19650 Management
