Admission Policy
You are required to report at the testing center location 45 minutes before the time of the test and adhere to
the Test Centre COVID-19 Guidelines as given below in this email. The guidelines can also be accessed by
visiting here.

You will be required to carry:

1. Confirmation letter received over e-mail (this can be shown on your mobile or taken as a printout)
2. Printout of the Admit Card
3. Two valid IDs - One Valid (original and non-expired) Photo ID and another Signature ID (original and
non-expired), from the list below:

* Both forms of Identification must contain your name and one of them must contain your photo and
signature.

Photo ID (containing candidate name and photo):

• Voter's ID
• UID (Aadhaar Card)

Signature ID (containing candidate name and signature):

• Passport
• PAN Card
• Debit/Credit card
• Driver's license

Please note that following are not acceptable as IDs on the day of the test:

• Photocopies (attested or otherwise)

• Notarised copies and
• Learner’s driving license

No personal items may be taken into the testing room. This includes but is not limited to all bags, books not
authorized by the sponsor, notes, phones, pagers, watches and wallets.

Reschedule Policy
If you wish to change your test's date or venue you may do so by visiting https://www.mba.com
/exams/nmat and logging into your NMAT by GMAC™ account 72 hours or more prior to a scheduled
appointment and paying an additional fee. The dates between which exam can be rescheduled can be
accessed from: https://www.mba.com/exams/nmat/about-the-exam/important-dates-and-fees For any other
scheduling-based queries, you may write an email to nmatbygmacsupport@merittrac.com.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are not refunded when a test appointment is cancelled or under any circumstances. Please
visit https://www.mba.com/exams/nmat/policies/nmat-by-gmac-exam-terms-and-conditions for more details
on cancellation policy.

Additional Information
Candidates who do not attend the test at the scheduled time and date, will be treated as 'No-Show'. The
candidate will be allowed a maximum of 3 test attempts including any attempt for which the Candidate is 'No
Show'.
