How to Transfer Funds from Card to Card


The Transfer Funds menu allows you to transfer funds from your ShipMoney card to any other
ShipMoney card. You can only transfer funds to cards that are the same currency as yours (US Dollars
to US Dollars or Euros to Euros). Transfers are completed in real-time.

CARD TO CARD TRANSFER LIMITATIONS


* You are limited to three (3) individual ShipMoney cardholders to whom you can transfer funds, not
including your Companion Card(s).
* For Companion Cards, you are limited to sending or receiving five (5) transfers every 30 days.
* For individual cardholders holder (non-Companion Cards), you are limited to sending or receiving
three (3) transfers every 30 days.

ADD RECIPIENTS
To transfer funds, you must first add a recipient. Follow these steps:

1. Click Add Recipients.


2. You will need to retrieve a
6-digit security code from
your email or phone to
proceed. Click Next.
3. Enter the recipient’s last
name.
4. Enter the recipient’s
Customer ID. Click Next.
5. Retrieve your 6-digit security
code from your email or
phone.
6. Once you have entered the
code and clicked Confirm, a
new recipient will be created.

IMPORTANT
Please make sure you have access to either your email or mobile phone so that you can retrieve
your 6-digit code. You will have 30 minutes to retrieve and enter it.

TRANSFER FUNDS

Once you have added a recipient:


1. Select the recipient you want to send money to.
2. Enter the amount of funds you want to transfer.
3. Enter your 3-digit security code (cvv) from the back of your card.
4. Click the Confirm button to transfer your funds.

REMOVE RECIPIENT

You can remove recipients you no longer need or no longer want to transfer funds to. As with adding
recipients, you will need to retrieve a 6-digit security code from your email or phone.

1. Click the recipient you wish to remove. Click Next.


2. Enter the code sent to your email or phone. Click Confirm.
3. The recipient has now been removed.
