Cash On Delivery
- Cash on Delivery option to be enabled for Main Showroom, for delivery outside
Madurai & within Tamil Nadu.
- COD mode could be used for only bill amount more than Rs.500 & less than Rs.3000
- Standard COD charge of Rs.50 is applicable for all the customers. Shipping charge is
separate, which also needs to be collected from the customer
- Outdoor, Furniture & Vehicles are NOT applicable for COD.
- Avoid returns by showing different views of the items and confirming the same with
customers.

Bill Amount Logistics Partner


Rs.500 to Rs.3000 Shiprocket / Delhivery / DTDC

Once customer confirms the order and requests for COD,


1. CRE team needs to put CREDIT Bill in the name customer with mobile number and
address.
2. CRE team Or Rubini / Mahesh, needs to book the COD order with Logistics partner.
3. Once COD order is put, CRE team needs to ensure that, items are packed properly
and passed to logistics partner.
4. CRE team needs to update Google sheet with customer details, awb details.
5. CRE team needs to ensure that item is successfully delivered in customer’s location.
6. Accounts team needs to ensure that amount is credited to bank account, after
successful delivery of the items.
