EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Coffee is one thing that is devoured by individuals of ages, coffee is one of the world’s most
famous refreshments. And some people can't go a day without drinking coffee. Millennial’s are
always curious about new things. They want to experience different things that are opposed to
what they already knew, that’s why to come up to the idea to serve them Coffee Jelly. The
product is made of coffee, creamer, sugar and jelly. The product which is Coffee Jelly is very
affordable and it is tasty that it will be worth the customer’s money.
The Philippine is just one of many countries that love coffee, and coffee jelly made Filipino style
is delightful chilled treat. The Philippines is one of the few places that can produce all four of the
main variety of coffee, and therefore Philippines is a place that has a rich tradition of coffee
production. The versatility of this dessert allows us to feel as though a fantasy has been created.
Coffee Jelly was invented after Westerners introduced coffee to the Japanese. The Japanese
people found new uses for the coffee plant, one of the best being coffee jelly. This fantastic
combination of coffee and gelatin is served as dessert, or sometimes alongside liquid coffee.
Individually, coffee and gelatin have wonderful health benefits. Combined together, coffee jelly
is a nutritious snack or dessert.
Coffee is good for liver, skin and brain. For our liver, caffeine metabolizes in numerous ways
that promote overall health. For our skin, drinking 3 cups of coffee a day fights the most
common form of skin cancer. And for our brain, aside from the short-term effects (better mood,
more energy, sharper thinking) sustained coffee drinking has been shown to slowdown the onset
of Alzheimer’s. Gelatin is the building block of skin, hair, tendons and bones. Gelatin helps
reduce inflammation of bodily tissues and allowing faster recovery from injury. It also
strengthens the body at the cellular level and speeds up your metabolism.
To start our business, we plan to divide capital into three, and start of producing small batches at
first to introduce it to people. Since the product is not well known yet so we plan to introduce it
to people we know or acquaintances at first. The business is a partnership type for we will divide
the financing and management into three. We plan to equally divide the management among us.
And also, the profit that we will earn will divided among us.
Our business aims to satisfy the needs of our customers for delicious foods and provide them a
nutritional treat for such an affordable price. Our team will channel a friendly and pleasant
atmosphere in every customer we will interact and productive environment in which our group
can work happily. We will sincerely value each of our customers. Our customers are the
students, faculty teachers and staff, and our neighbor r as our team residents in different places.
We seek far and responsible profit, enough to keep the team financially healthy for the long term
and to fairly compensate the future investors for their investments and risk.
