I am writing this legal notice to bring to your attention the ongoing property dispute related to [Shop
No. 21, Z square Mall, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh] between us. As you are aware, we both claim
ownership of the said property, and despite our previous attempts to resolve the issue amicably, the
matter remains unresolved.
It has come to my attention that you have been trespassing on the property and have even attempted
to sell it to a third party. I must remind you that such actions are illegal and amount to a violation of
my rights as a co-owner of the property.
I would like to resolve this matter without resorting to litigation, and therefore, I request you to
respond to this notice within 1month days of receipt of this notice. In your response, kindly provide
me with all the relevant documents to support your claim of ownership of the property.
In case you fail to respond within the stipulated time or fail to provide satisfactory evidence of your
ownership, I shall have no option but to take appropriate legal action against you, including filing a
suit for partition and injunction to restrain you from interfering with my right of possession and
enjoyment of the property.
Please consider this notice as a final attempt to resolve the matter amicably. I hope to hear from you
soon.
Sincerely,
Rihan Shukla
