A site visit will be held on March 16th for a RFQ at the Kemaman Supply Base in Malaysia. Vendors are limited to 2 people each who must have booster shots and wear 5 pieces of PPE. A saliva test will also be required on site prior to entry. Vendors must submit a technical/commercial proposal in PDF format and provide catalogs for alternative items by March 21st at 3pm to MY.Buying.Center@exxonmobil.com. Quotes should be in Malaysian Ringgit in accordance with Bank Negara Malaysia's announcement to remit all resident vendor payments in local currency.

Dear Respective Vendors,

Site visit will be held for above RFQ.

Below is the protocol and requirement need to comply prior entry in EMEPMI, KSB
premises:
1. Limit to 2pax for each company with booster complete status.
2. 5 PPE required which Safety Helmet, Safety Boots, Safety Glass, Jacket with
reflector and Impact Glove (ExxonMobil will not provide to vendor)
3. Saliva Test on site prior entry to open yard.

Date of Site Visit: 16-March-2022 (Wednesday)


Venue : Kemaman Supply Base.
*We will provide the KSB pass form as arrive at Phase 2, KSB Main Gate to fill up.

Refer attached RFQ for your kind perusal.

Special Instructions:
1) Vendor must fill up and submit together the following:
i) Technical/Commercial Proposal (in PDF format)
2) Provide catalogue/datasheet for alternative item. (If applicable)
3) Respond latest by the stated closing dateline and BCD for this enquiry is on
March 21, 2022 strictly before 03:00 p.m.

All response/ quotation shall be email to MY.Buying.Center@exxonmobil.com and


addressed to Procurement Associate/ Buyer as stated in the RFQ.
Unless authorized by EMEPMI, all quotation sent via other mode shall be rejected.

(Failure to strictly comply with the instruction contained herein may result in a
vendor’s bid proposal deemed non- conforming in which case it may be dropped
from further consideration)

Note: Please quote in MYR.


In line with Bank Negara Malaysia’s (BNM) announcement on
December 2, 2016, EMEPMI shall remit to resident companies all
payments due from December 5, 2016 onwards, in Malaysian Ringgit.
Please note that we have been informed that all previous approvals
granted by (BNM) for resident vendors to receive foreign currency
payments from EMEPMI are no longer valid.
