2. As per the recommendation of tariff committee, the competent authority has decided as below:

a. Introduction of Fibre Broadband plan ‘Fibre Entry’ @ Rs. 329/- for new customers on promotional basis for a period of
90 days in selected OAs (SSAs) of all telecom circles (except A&N circle). Details are as below:

b. Circles are given option to decide the launch of above plan in their jurisdiction after proper due diligence and taking into
account the available competition from other operators as well as impact on revenue. CGMs are authorized to launch the same
in maximum 3 OAs (SSAs) of their circle only [Gujarat Circle may continue this plan in Surat as 4th OA. Karnataka Circle
may continue this plan in Tumkur as 4th OA and in Shimoga as 5th OA. Andhra Pradesh Circle may continue this plan in
RMY OA/BA as 4th OA/BA]. ITPC shall configure the plan only in maximum 3 OAs (SSAs) in each circle (except Gujarat,
Karnataka & AP as mentioned above), as per circle’s request. CGMs can also choose not to launch the plan in their circles or
launch in one or two OAs (SSAs) only. Further, circles can also change the 3 OAs (SSAs) [from existing OA] with the approval
of CGM, in case they so desire.

c. CGMs may be requested to review the performance and progress of provisions of connections OA-wise. In case of
non-performance of any OA, the same may be changed.

d. CGM, ITPC shall ensure to update CFA unit of BSNL HQ with names of the OAs (SSAs), in which the plan is launched.

e. The migration from Fibre broadband to Fibre Broadband will not be entertained under above Broadband plan. However,
migration from DSL Broadband and Landline (not having Broadband) will be allowed.

4. The above instructions shall have immediate effect on promotional basis for a period of 90 days in all circles (except A&N
circle).

5. Circles shall ensure to comply with all regulatory requirements including on-line reporting to TRAI and also update the circle
website. Further, circles shall ensure to comply the TRAI guideline w.r.t. number of plans.

6. This circular is issued based on the approval of Competent Authority in CFA cell e-file No. BSNLCO-CFAO/11(13)/3/2020-CFA.
