Introductory ME AND MY FRIEND in action
Activity A. Divide the class into small groups.
B. Ask each group to role play a fitness activity they saw in media. The
10 mins. role play should demonstrate the following:
• Proper execution in doing an exercise.
C. Tell students to draw lessons from the role play of each group. Ask
them to write their reflections in a sheet of paper and later ask them to
share it with the class.
D. Ask them to compare and contrast the ideal exercise with their real life
situation. Share their analysis with the class.
Tell students to group themselves by 5 and share their outputs with the
group members. Ask each group to consolidate its common observation
and share it with the class
Analysis Discuss meal intake and eating habits for healthier lifestyle
1. Ask learners to form a group with five to eight members.
10 mins. 2. Distribute the Daily Food intake log. Tell them to fill in their meals for
three consecutive days. Ask them to list down the components of
meals as much as possible.
3. Show them the Eating Habits Inventory.
4. Give them these instructions.
a. Encircle Y or N if you did these meal-related actions for the day
for the day.
b. For Y answers, fill out the space of a concrete action to minimize
or resolve these acts.
