EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF

ESTATE OF THE DECEASED ODELON C. BISNAR

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate among heirs is made and executed by and
between the following heirs;

ADELINA R. ROBLE, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of No. 606 Purok
Bougainville, Brgy. Punta, Ormoc City, Leyte;

JENNIFER R. BISNAR, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident No. 606 Purok
Bougainville, Brgy. Punta, Ormoc City, Leyte;

RODERICO R. BISNAR, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy. San
Isidro, Ormoc City, Leyte;

ANTONIO R. BISNAR, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of No. 606
Purok Bougainville, Brgy. Punta, Ormoc City, Leyte;

CARLA R. BISNAR, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of No. 606 Purok
Bougainville, Brgy. Punta, Ormoc City, Leyte; and

JUDY BISNAR-DUETES, of legal ages, Filipino, married and a resident also of No.
606 Purok Bougainville, Brgy. Punta, Ormoc City, Leyte.

WITNESSETH:

That the above-named parties are the surviving compulsory heirs, the wife and
children, respectively, of the late ODELON C. BISNAR who died intestate in Ormoc City,
Leyte, on April 13,1992 without any will or testament and without any outstanding debts
in favor of anybody or entity;

That during the lifetime of the late ODELON C. BISNAR, he co-owned a real
property located in Ormoc City, which is particularly described as follows, to wit:

“A parcel of land designated as Cadastral Lot No. 2269-B-2 situated in Brgy.


Punta, Ormoc City, with the residential house built thereon containing an area of
TWO HUNDRED TWELVE (212) square meters, more or less, and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 11710 with Tax Declaration No. 00095-00240 R11”

That pursuant to Rule 74, Section 1 of the Rules of Court, the heirs hereto do
hereby agree and covenant to divide, partition, and adjudicate, as they hereby divide,
partition and adjudicate among themselves equally, share and share alike, the above-
described real property including the improvements thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances;

That for the in consideration of the love and affection ADELA R. BISNAR has to
her children, she hereby WAIVE, FOREGO and RENOUNCE all her rights and interests
over the above-mentioned parcel of land in favor of JENNIFER R. BISNAR, RODERICO

R. BISNAR, ANTONIO R. BISNAR, CARLA R. BISNAR, and JUDY BISNAR-DUETES,
share and share alike.

That JENNIFER R. BISNAR, RODERICO R. BISNAR, ANTONIO R. BISNAR,


CARLA R. BISNAR, and JUDY BISNAR-DUETES do herby accept this waiver of ADELA
R. BISNAR in their favor over the above-described real property and expresses their
sincere thanks and liberality for the kindness and liberality of their mother.
