Greater Minds is the result of an incredible journey that began in 2003.
Founded by Paul Gunter and Andrew Shorten, two unlikely friends from
di erent walks of life, that shared a passion for personal growth. This led them to

Realize It’s Not


Your Fault

You entered this world as a blank canvas - And


while you didn’t create your own beliefs and
reality, your parents, friends and family did it
for you.
You were molded by their words, their actions,
their beliefs and by the people you spent the
most time with.
You probably accepted what you were told or
taught, as truth.
Realize your experiences have in uenced and
shaped the beliefs you have today.
They become part of your being, stored within
your subconscious mind.
And the beautiful thing about a belief, especially
a limiting one, is that it doesn't have to stay with
you forever.
All of your beliefs come from the past.
The best part about this, is that your past is not
your present.

The past has already happened, and all there


is right now… is the present, illed with the
abundance of opportunity.

Recognize That It’s


All B.S.

Observe your thoughts and don’t believe them!


At the end of the day, what’s in your head, is all
BS. AKA... your Belief System.
If you truly realized how powerful your
thoughts and beliefs are, you’d never think a
negative thought ever again.
Your belief system is formed through habit and
repetition. After all, we’re creatures of habit!
So any thoughts that you keep having over and
over again, is likely to become a belief. And if
you end up believing what is not good for you,
more often than not, you limit yourself.
Belief is the program that helps to create your
reality.
Just like the software program on your
computer or phone, your belief system can be
upgraded or reprogrammed.

The thoughts and beliefs you have that


DON’T serve you - are self limiting beliefs...
...and the thoughts and beliefs that DO serve
you - are your empowering beliefs.

Question Your
Belief System

Your belief system is the invisible force behind


your behavior - which can be held as truth and
never ever questioned - creating a “hidden
ceiling”. This unconsciously becomes the upper
limit of your happiness or success.
This is why it’s important that you always
question the limits that you set for yourself, and
nobody else should be setting them for you.
Ask yourself: Why am I holding this belief and
why have I set this limit?
When evaluating your beliefs, you should also
ask yourself this question: This belief I have - is
it kind to me?
If it’s not, then it’s just holding you back from
experiencing the happiness and success
waiting for you. You must learn to be kind to
yourself and let go of any belief that isn’t.
Always question and challenge your beliefs -
are they limiting you? Or are they empowering
you?
Whether you think you can, or you can’t, you’re
right!

Your beliefs have the power to create or


destroy your desired reality.

Choose Your Words


Mindfully

We've become conditioned to talk about our


misfortunes and problems. We take our
interpretations of events, people and ourselves,
and communicate them to the world, bringing
them into existence.
By telling yourself and everybody else that you
are unlucky in love, unsuccessful, miserable,
bored or whatever else you want to complain
about - is this serving your highest self?
You must choose the words you speak
consciously. Practice an improved self-
awareness over the words you use. Negative,
powerless words such as ‘can’t’, ‘shouldn’t’,
‘need’, ‘won’t’ should all be avoided. Eradicate
the words that are not serving you. All they do is
strip you of your ability to manifest a life that
you want to live.
The next time you catch yourself about to use
negative words, regain control and frame your
word choices, so that they have a much more
positive impact on your world.

Your words are the paint with which you


paint your reality. Choose those words
wisely and you’ll create a positive reality that
is good for you.

Believing vs
Knowing

Believing is not the same as knowing.


Once you understand the di erence, you’ll
become more powerful.
When your thoughts and actions come from a
level of belief, there may be a level of fear,
uncertainty and doubt behind them.
When your thoughts and actions come from a
level of knowing, you will have a level of
con idence, certainty and conviction behind
them.
Test it out and see how they both make you feel.
Choose a goal that you want to achieve and out
loud. For example, if you goal is to lose 10
pounds, say:
I believe I can lose 10 pounds.
And then try:
I know I can lose 10 pounds.
The di erence may be subtle, but just observe
how they both made you feel.

Believing is second-hand knowledge which


means that you have chosen a truth.
Knowing is irst-hand experience, which
means that you are certain about that truth.

Find Strength In
Change

This is the part where you take inspired action


in order to see the change you desire.
The action you take makes you feel
accomplished.
The results you achieve give you great sense of
reward.
With this, you feel great, and you want more.
... Except, a lot of people feel resistance to
change… and the most common reason, is fear.
Fear stands for:
False Evidence Appearing Real.
Fear is wired deep within and it operates in
disguise, convincing you that it’s protecting you
from failure, doing everything possible to stop
you from pursuing the results you desire.
What would you do if you knew you could not
fail?
Once you start and track your progress, you’ll
see the results for yourself, helping you to move
forward.

What you measure, grows.

Raising Your
Vibration

We are all made of energy. But, not only are we


all made of energy, we are all vibrating at
di erent frequencies. Some people have an
aura of positive energy and, therefore, a high
frequency. They are the people who light up
your life, the people who give you love and
support and make you feel positive. The people
who love life and will love you too.
And so, you become the average of the people
you spend the most time with.
Do the conversations that you have a ect your
beliefs? Your attitudes? Your behaviours?
When you’re exposed to them, you eventually
think and behave in similar ways.
So ask yourself:
Are the beliefs and behaviors of the people I
surround myself with, limiting me, or
empowering me?
A rising tide raises all ships, so when you
constantly ind yourself in the company of
positive people who radiate unconditional love
and vibrate at a high frequency, this will only
empower you to raise your vibration too.

Let go of anyone, or indeed anything that


does not serve and empower your beliefs.

Upgrading Your
Belief System

You are the creator of your own story and it’s


never too late to change it.
Your current state is not your inal destination -
so stop allowing your current story to be your
truth, you can change it in the present, and in
your future.
The best time to change your story was always
in the past, because hindsight is always a
beautiful thing. But realize this, the second best
time to change your story - is now.
What we’ve learned over the years has created
miraculous life-changing experiences that are
almost unexplainable using many di erent
powerful techniques in the process.
These involve in uencing both your
subconscious AND conscious minds with a new
plan, over and over again, until your belief
system changes.

Your current state is not your inal


destination - so stop allowing your current
story to be your truth, you can change it in
the present and in your future.

Final Thoughts
You want to live a life of great success and happiness - because you truly
deserve it!
It's easy to continue doing nothing, or nothing di erent - holding onto self-
sabotaging habits and beliefs that block success.
Whereas those who are willing to make the necessary sacri ices to go from
where they are now to where they want to be, gain an immediate advantage.
So, here is a question for you: What are you willing to do for your success?
