Greetings!

One of the purposes of Classroom Officers and Student Council is to give students an opportunity to
develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects. With this, I am writing
your good office this letter to ask for permission for the conduct of Election for Classroom Officers and
Student Council for Elementary, Junior High School and Senior High School Department for School Year 2022-
2023. The said election will be a two (2) week activity; in line with this are the Filing for Candidacy, Campaign
Period, Miting de Avance and the Election of Student Council for each department. The calendar for this
activity is attached in this letter.
I am hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter. Thank you.
