With the digital computer at the core of this information revolution, it is well
known that year-to-year, computers are becoming more and more powerful
both in terms of their computational speeds and also their capacities for
storing data.
Let’s first look at how to format content of a presentation by exploring how the
ribbon works, and then how to find where the features you want might be.
Toolbars are icons that offers quick shortcuts to commonly used commands.
1. The Quick Access Toolbar- This displays most frequently used tasks
such as New, Open, Save and you can also add icons for your often
used commands to this toolbar.This is a customizable toolbar placed
by default on the top of Ribbon.

use for the behind-the-scenes stuff you do with a file, such as
opening, saving, sharing, exporting, printing and managing your
presentation. Click the File tab to open a new view called the
Backstage.
