than 50+ manufacturing clientele that they help in marketing as well as customer engagement solutions.
GKB Labs is Bormann Marketing partner in implementing customizing and building enterprise solutions
using ZOHO Platform. GKB Labs has successfully implemented ZOHO CRM, Campaigns, Workplace and
Analytics. Bormann has over 20 licenses used by sales and support staff across USA.
Introduction
Bormann Marketing deals with more than 50+ large manufacturing clientele products and sells and
services it across USA. Bormann has field sales teams, backend support teams and executives who
collaborate and work on deals. Communication on deals, invoicing, products pricing and reports are part
of everyday activity at Bormann. They needed a system that is cloud based, flexible and captures all
aspects of their business functions with seamless integration to avoid data replication.
The Challenge
With a growing business spread across US, Bormann had critical challenges in the following areas
● Communication: Filed sales, backend support, dealers, subject matter experts and executives
need to be part of audio video implementation.
● Mobile Apps: Since the business is distributed and Bormann has clients across USA, they needed
all necessary data to be available on Mobile Apps for their field sales staff.

We helped them migrate all their data to Zoho CRM and helped them engage better with their
