WHAT’S NEW?
As Filipinos, we all know that we have our own unique ways of doing things. A smile,
smirk, or simple gestures are indicative of our feelings and emotions at one
particular point in time. With all these interactions in mind, we have social
scientist who study human behavior and actions within the context of the society.
This lesson will take us through the nature of the social sciences and its difference
from the natural sciences.

ACTIVITY I

about the impact of climate change on social behaviors (Sociology) and on power as
motivation for human behaviour (political science).
