1 Due to the low clearance engine safety guard gets damage frequently. Float guard gets replaced to reduce downtime,
After clocks around 3000 hours we received SOS reports with Action required. On inpection few engine oil filters fine Fe

3 Air compressor head gasket failure around 3000 hours of operation,
Disc clutch assy initial life around 2600 hours and it is a single clutch type,

Noticed clutch cover assy finger and also selector fork gets wornout during first replacement, Prefers to go Automatic.
Engine oil filter get crack on bowl due to filter mounted horizontally and located around 300mm from engine bottom gu

Decided to switch to Donaldson/Fleetguard filters make after warranty.
6 Received SOS Action required for 3 transmissions, Also noticed rough gear shifting during operation especially in initial
7 Front axle kingpin design is good but the greasing point at the bottom is badly placed. Requires close attention regularly
8 Cabin is spacious and operator drive comfortably.
9 Good truck on flat and well maintained road in this class.
