4:30 AM - Wake Up

• 4:30 AM - 4:45 AM: Start your day with a brief mindfulness exercise.
4:45 AM - 6:00 AM - Exercise

• 4:45 AM - 5:00 AM: Hydrate and have a light pre-workout snack.


• 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM: Gym session.
6:00 AM - 7:00 AM - Meditation and Preparation for the Day

• 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM: A focused meditation session.


• 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM: Shower and get dressed.
7:00 AM - 8:00 AM - Breakfast and Company Work

• 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM: Cook and enjoy a healthy breakfast.


• 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM: Work on your company.
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Client Work

• Dedicate this hour to work for your clients.


9:00 AM - 9:30 AM - Prepare for Work and Commute

• Get ready and commute to work.


9:30 AM - 4:00 PM - Work

• During this time, you'll be at your job. Remember to take a lunch break around 12:30 PM -
1:00 PM.
4:00 PM - 4:30 PM - Wrap Up and Commute

• Finish up at your work and start your commute back home.


4:30 PM - 5:30 PM - Cook and Eat Dinner

• Start preparing dinner once you get home.


5:30 PM - 6:00 PM - Work on Company's Social Media

• Spend 30 minutes managing and planning content for your company's social media.
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Work on a Skill

• Use this time to develop a new skill or hone an existing one.


7:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Read a Book

• This could be a book for pleasure or related to your work or the skill you're developing.
8:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Leisure Time

• Use this time for relaxation and unwinding. You might want to continue working on your
company's social media if needed, or indulge in a hobby you enjoy.
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM - Wind-Down Routine
• Prepare for bed with a relaxation routine.
9:00 PM - Sleep
