8:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Leisure Time

company's social media if needed, or indulge in a hobby you enjoy.
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM - Wind-Down Routine
• Prepare for bed with a relaxation routine.
9:00 PM - Sleep
