INTRO Astral Projection
INTRODUCTION
Regardless of your religion, spiritual path, or
search for divine truth; multi-dimensional experience
is heavily involed. From stories of heaven in
Christianity, to the six realms of Buddhist cosmology;
other dimensions of this time-matrix seem to be quite
relevant. If you are reading this guide, you already
know there is a certain structure to creation.

It is generally taught that for each dimension of our time-
matrix, there is a dimension of ourselves to correspond
with it. There are also internal structure aspects of our
cosmos and ourselves.
Think of a lone mango fruit. Within it is the coding for
not only the mango fruit itself, but an entire mango
tree, and other mango fruits. This process can go on
and on as long as there is energy to sustain it.
This is a metaphor for our external creation as light and sound beings.
We have our external structure, where astral projection lies and beyond.
Then we have our internal structure - the coding for what we are and how
we do it. Physically, this internal structure is represented as our DNA
structures. There is actually a level of DNA for each dimension we are
consciously embodying. However, non physically, there is what is often
called your Plasma body.

The plasma body is a body that is made out of encrypted
"consciousness stuff" - encrypted by what can be thought of as a
mathematical algorithm specific to you. It is there to turn plasma (literal
“consciousness stuff”) into a specific manifestation form (i.e. your multi-
dimensional, multi-plane body).
When plasma is first encrypted, it forms “thought stuff” - the literal
raw essence of your thoughts, languages, dreams, your physical body,
and everything else. This is the process for all material and immaterial
manifestation - including the physical creation of your DNA.
To have energy flow through any of these parts of your anatomy, you
must remove the corresponding blockages which exist. Energy and
blockages have the same relationship as rivers and dams. One flows, and
one acts to completely stop the flow. The blockages are always
temporary, but we always have the freedom to create more blockages.

To successfully Astrally Project, we must remove the blockages that
hold us within the physical body. Blockages within the physical body are
generally a conscious, subconscious, or unconscious combination of:
Fear
Guilt
Shame
Heartbreak
Non-Communication
Illusion
Attachment

CLEARING ENERGY
BLOCKAGES
There are many methods, yogas, and technologies to clear energy
blockages. For astral projection to be a practice on its own, we will be
using a standard meditation practice to find and clear our blocks. This is
to ensure mastery over the process, rather than relying on a technique
to do so - we are keeping this process conscious.
THE MEDITATION
Find a comfortable place to sit in a cross legged position. Make sure you have
a soft enough surface and a support for your back.
Sit in a crossed legged position, close your eyes, slow your breath, and allow
your body to slowly relax. You might come across tension in your body already,
which is okay. For now, acknowledge it, and allow it to be. Continuously slow
your breath, taking deeper and deeper breaths as you slow it.
As you are breathing, focus your attention in your third eye and crown area -
the top half of your head. Sit there, and allow your body to stop using the
muscles that control your eyes. Allow yourself to not look at anything, and
become comfortable with whatever you visually experience as a result. Allow
whatever pops into your visual experience come and go.
As you practice this deep relaxation, become as still as possible. Notice any
stresses you feel in your body. 1 by 1, allow each bit of tension to relax,
allowing yourself to experience wherever it flows, and whatever happens as a
result. This may result in some strange feelings, but do not worry - this is your
body’s natural healing process. Be gentle, and it will be gentle to you -
because it is a direct result of your intention to heal.
Emotions may come up, memories may come up, visual experiences may
happen, sounds may be experienced - it is completely okay. Know that as you
let these traumas go, they are honoured for where they are bringing you now.
Keep sitting for a total of 20 minutes. Keep allowing yourself to relax, allowing
whatever tensions come up to come and go, until you are sitting in peace and
compassion.

Compassion is human nature, so you don’t have to force any feelings. It is an
allowance.
Blockages can be sneaky, and may not seem like blockages at all. These
are the ones that have long since moved to your subconscious and
unconscious mind & body. Common manifestations are:
Boredom
Depression
Small Aches
Muscle Twitches
Guilt surrounding creating your own space
Fears of your bodily safety
General anxiety
These are all made of other specific traumas and specific combinations of
emotional blocks listed in the Energy & Blocks section of this unit. When
experiencing any feelings that make you want to stop the meditation, allow
them to be there. Allow yourself to fully experience this feeling - not running
from it in any way. You will realize much of your feeling was the fear of what
the feeling might be, not the feeling itself. Allow yourself to experience this
feeling, while maintaining your absolute relaxation and deep breathing
pattern.
Allow any parts of your body to relax that need to. (There will often be
multiple places in your body that are tense because of this type of trauma.
This is the essence of acupuncture - getting at your traumas through
specific points in your body). This will eventually wash-away the feeling, so
simply sit until you naturally feel it going away. Your breath is constantly
cycling your energy, so give it some patience and it will eventually happen -
there is no need to force the process.
As you retain your space of peace and compassion, know that you have just
gained more mastery over your subconscious and unconscious parts.
Practicing this meditation daily will result in the healing of all aspects of
your life. Practicing over long periods of time results in wisdom of the
relationship your energy has to your past, present, and future.

The Plasma Body
& Lightbody
Your plasma body is the part of your body that is made of complex
arrangements of “thought stuff” or “consciousness matter”. This is
encrypted by complex algorithms that make up your being - your plasma
algorithms. For any matter to be created, an algorithm must dictate the
form of consciousness matter, and then ultimately manifest into the
physical matter.
Plasma algorithms can be accessed through the “thought stuff” that it
encrypts. Plasma algorithms are the natural mechanics for creation.
For us to visualize anything, we are naturally encrypting raw plasmas
with a specific algorithm - which then yields the “thought stuff” that the
visualization is made out of. This process yields all creation. Including:
Light
Sound
Dreams
Emotions
Language
Physical matter
Your physical body
Your Lightbody

Working consciously with your plasma body will result in direct
command of your lightbody structure. Reconnecting with your plasmas
ensures your lightbody structure begins the healing process to its
original state.
Lay down in a comfortable place, ideally a bed or a soft surface. Close your
eyes and slow your breathing, taking deeper and deeper breaths as you
consciously slow your breathing pattern.
As you sit there breathing slowly, put a focus toward your 3rd chakra - or your
solar plexus chakra.
Allow this chakra to fully relax, allowing whatever energy that flows from the
area to flow away. Keep this process happening, allowing your body to fully
adjust to this chakra’s opening.
Your body may experience rapid deep relaxation. Allow this to happen to its full
degree. Allow any parts of the body that are tense to relax.
With your plasma body (which is floating in the pool), reach your hands out in
front of you creating a small cup - as if to fill them with water. See that a white
spark of light appears above you - almost looking like a bright star in the sky.
See that a white lotus flower emerges from this white, star-like, spark and
gently floats down into your hands.

Gently lay your palms down into the water, allowing the white lotus flower to
float around in the pool.
During exhale, imagine a blue flame slowly starting to surround your body. With
each breath you take, imagine this blue flame getting more and more vibrant,
feeling its healing effects on your physical body.
As your flame activates, you float up from the pool of divine healing plasma until
you are about 1 foot above the pool.
With one sharp inhale, imagine your plasma body merging with your physical
body. This will “out-step” a portion of your plasma to the external creation
structures, healing anything in its path with the essence of divine love and
wisdom.
This process done slowly and intentionally will result in the activation of your
plasma body. If you have trouble visualizing any of the steps, simply know they
are occurring. As you practice more and more, your ability to visualize will
increase.

LIGHTBODY
The lightbody is the body that encompasses your external creation form.
This includes aspects of your body that exist in our 15-dimensional time-
matrix of universes. Dimensions 1, 2, and 3 make up the experience of the
physical body. We are currently experiencing life through our 4th dimension,
“looking down” at the 3rd. Each set of three dimensions makes up one
universal level. Form in each universal level becomes less and less dense,
eventually just becoming light-vapour waves.
Slowly pass the glowing white merkaba star down through your chakra
column, out through the middle of your feet, and down toward the middle of
our planet Earth. Feel the healing pass through each one of your chakras along
the way.
As you inhale and exhale, allow the merkaba star to be filled with white light
coming from the middle of the Earth. Keep this going until you feel the star if
fully saturated.
Now bring the star back up to a place around 12 inches below your feet. Inhale
through your nose, and exhale as you send energy down toward your merkaba
star. Around the star, notice a 4-foot wide white circle of divine light
expanding around the smaller star.

Now imagine a pillar forming around you, full of this divine white light, that
extends from the circle below your feet to a place 3 feet above your head.
Keep breathing and allowing this pillar to form. Feel the divine white light
going into your bones, your muscles, and
everywhere else in your body. Feel yourself
fully encased in your divine white pillar.

Astral Projection
Mechanics
Combining the following three exercises will help you understand
intention while allowing you to consciously have an out-of-body
experience. Make sure you have completed the Plasma Body and
Lightbody Activations in the previous unit before practicing.
This practice will guide you to understand your own intention and how you can use it in a more subtle
way than directing your physical body. The process involves you using your intention to relax
specific parts of your body at specific times.
Take deep slow breaths - in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Allow your body to relax more and more with each breath.
Place your awareness into your toes, and allow them to deeply relax. Feel the
relaxation slowly spreading from your toes to the balls of your feet, to your heel
and eventually up the bottom of your calves.
Allow it to spread up your calves to around your knees. Then up into your quads
and into your hips and pelvic area.
Allow the relaxation to spread up your spine and into your chest. Then up into
your neck and head.
After you have completed this full scan, make the intention to relax your toes
once again. Feel the relaxation in your toes and feet for a moment.
Now make the intention to relax the top of your head. Feel the relaxation happen
in your head and anywhere else in the body that wants to relax.

INTENTION EXERCISE (PART 2)
LEAVING THE BODY
As you are laying down, keep allowing the top of your head to relax. Allow your
eyes to stop actively looking at anything, letting them roll to whatever position -
completely letting go of the muscles that use your eyes. Know that you are safe
and protected as you allow yourself to experience whatever vision that comes
into your field. Remain comfortable in this position for a moment.
Make the absolute intention to move upward from your current position. Know
that you are safe and loved as you move upward and away from your body. Keep
flying upward until you are a considerable distance away from your body.
Open your eyes and see the astral plane before you.
Know that in completing these steps, you are moving solely with intention (as
there is no way for your body to physically fly upward).
Now that you are out of your body, move immediately towards the closest
door in the room you are in. Calmly collect yourself and equate yourself with
your surroundings.
Now fly upward and out of your home, emerging out through the rooftop.
Remain at peace and equate yourself with your surroundings once again.
From this point, you are free to roam about the astral plane.

A Note on Sleep Paralysis
Sleep paralysis is technically the In order to get back to your body,

Safety & Context
MULTI-DIMENSIONAL
BEINGS
Consciously exploring existence via OBE’s will often result in visitations
and experiences with multi-dimensional beings. As a general rule, know that
beings with your best interests in mind will not impose their will over yours, will
not try to steal your energy, and will not try to manipulate you into doing
anything.
If you do come across a being trying to create fear or steal your energy,
the best option is to focus on making quickie inhale breaths through your nose.
This will awaken your physical body as it moves from the quick inhale breaths.
CREATING A SAFE
SPACE
The best way to ensure you are going to encounter positive things is to
carry love within you as you project. Your internal state will attract like-
encryption things - meaning things with a similar encryption to you at the time.
If you are carrying love and compassion, you will generally encounter things of
this nature during your journeys.
Practicing love and compassion in your daily life will naturally clean up
your space, and will attract positive things. This will extend over to the astral
planes as you practice.
Clean your area while carrying love and compassion. This ensures you
have encrypted the entire area with how you want it to be, energetically
cleansing the space.
Your 12th-Dimensional Shield of Light is a very powerful practice to
ensure you are protected by divine light. Any energy carrying a low-vibrational
encryption will not be able to penetrate your space as long as your shield is
there

THE PHANTOM
MATRIX
The phantom matrix is a section of our matrix which exists on the other
side of a black hole. This matrix is the result of the pulling and reversing of
our frequencies through a supermassive black hole - which is discussed
heavily in the CIA’s assessment of The Monroe Institute.
This matrix is home to beings with damaged templates, and with the
blockages that come with it. Oftentimes, historical deity’s who perform dark
arts, display dominance over others, or encourage war are incarnates of the
phantom matrix. This matrix is cut-off from the flow of god-source energy
directly, and relies on feeding on our matrix for sustenance.
To the same effect, phantom matrix beings often feed on the energy
from others in order to sustain themselves. It is important to remember that
this matrix and its residents have the opportunity to heal, just as all beings
do.
RULES FOR
DISCERNMENT
You may come across strange things while exploring this existence, and
sometimes it is unavoidable. However, when choosing anything to put your
energy towards, ask yourself the following questions:
Is this energy benefiting me, harming me, or neutral?
Are there hidden intentions going on with this experience?
Do I feel good about this?
Is this experience creating energetic blockages inside of me?
Do I feel safe right now?
Is there anything that feels off?
