Project Description:
We're a company that specializes in creating high school graduation parties for
students. We know how important it is to celebrate the end of high school and make sure
that your child's final day is as memorable as possible.

We understand that it can be hard to find someone who understands what you want, so we
work closely with our clients to help them design the perfect event for their child. We'll work
with you to create a custom menu, customize decorations for each table, and find the
perfect music for your event. Our goal is to make sure that every detail of your party is
perfect, so that when your child walks across the stage at graduation, they'll have nothing
but good memories from their time at High school of fashion industries.

Project Scope
The High School Graduation Party Project is a project that will be delivered to the
customer. The scope of this project is to provide a fun and unique experience for the
students who attend the high school graduation party. The deliverables include:

-A fun atmosphere for the guests at the event

-A customized menu that includes healthy options for all ages, including vegan options for
those who request them.
-A live DJ who plays music that everyone can enjoy, including classic rock and pop songs,
as well as current hits from popular artists like Drake and Beyoncé.

-A professional photographer that captures all of the best moments from your event in one
photo album so you can share them with friends and family later

The project excludes:

-Serving drinks or other beverages (alcoholic or nonalcoholic) to guests at this event.

Project Objectives
This high school graduation party project will be deemed a success if it meets the
following objectives:

1. Provide a fun and memorable experience for the students, families and guests.

2. Provide a safe environment for all guests to enjoy themselves without distraction by
outside noise or activity.

3. Create a professional appearance for the event by using quality materials and tools,
including decorations, music and lighting.

The objectives of this project must be SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic
and Tangible.

Specific: This project will be specific because it will focus on the graduation party for one
student. It will also be specific because it will be limited to only one student's graduation
party.

Measurable: The success of this project will be measurable by the number of students who
attend their graduation parties.

Attainable: It is attainable because this project only requires one student's graduation party
to be held in order for it to be considered successful. It is also attainable because it can be
accomplished within a reasonable amount of time (one month).
Realistic: Realistic means that this project will not cost too much money or require too much
time or effort on behalf of the school district or organization running the event (ground rules
should be established before planning begins).

Tangible: Tangible means that when completed successfully, there will be tangible results
such as pictures from each student's graduation party

Key Project Stakeholders


● The stakeholders of the project are all of the people who will be impacted by it.
This includes students, parents and teachers who attend the graduation party.

● The stakeholders of this project are:

● -Students - they will be attending the graduation party and they need to have a
safe environment to celebrate with their friends and family members.

● -Parents - they need to be able to see their children graduate from high school
safely and comfortably.

● -Teachers - they will be responsible for making sure that all students are safe
during this event.

Major Milestones
1. The first milestone will be to create a plan for the party, including all of the details like
food and drinks, decorations, games, etc.

2. The second milestone will be to get quotes from vendors for their services and materials.

3. The third milestone will be to finalize the menu with the help of our caterer and then
order it from them once we get approval from them and have enough money saved up for
it!
Project Assumptions
1. I believe that the high school graduation party will be successful.

2. The high school graduation party will attract lots of families who will come to celebrate
with us.

3. I believe that we can make this event memorable for everyone involved by using music
and food as our main focus points for entertainment value.
Project Constraints
The high school graduation party is an event that will take place at a venue. The venue is
limited in its capacity for the event. A constraint on this project is the size of the venue.

The event will also have a limited budget. This constraint can be changed by making use of
resources that are already available or by negotiating with other organizations to help cover
costs.

Another constraint is the time frame for completing this project. The deadline needs to be
set ahead of time so that all parties involved know what needs to be done and when it
needs to be done by.
