ACTIVITY: 2022-2023 First Quarter Portfolio Day


Theme: “Boosting the Country’s Recovery with
Informed Decisions, Better Policies”
DATE: November 12, 2022
VENUE: Cagbanayacao Elementary School, Brgy,
Cagbanayacao, Calbayog City
PARTICIPANTS: Cagbanayacao Elementary School Teachers, SPG
Adviser, Students, School Head
OBJECTIVES: - 1. To manifest awareness the importance of
celebration of Science Month.
- 2. Provide opportunities for the learners and
teachers engage into productive, meaningful, and
effective activities that promote awareness, interest,
and involvement everyone in science and
technology.
- 3. Show cooperation, sportsmanship, and
camaraderie on pupils in every contest that they
participate in.
- 4. Appreciate learner’s outputs and performances
that shows significant impact in everyday lives.

RESULTS: The activity was successfully conducted.

PARTICIPANT’S The activity was a success. The participants have

METHODOLOGY: Cagbanayacao Elementary School, The culmination


activity in celebrating the Science month for the School
Year 2022-2023 was successfully conducted last
September 29, 2022, Thursday. The said culminating
activity wouldn’t possible without the preparation of all
support of the committed and hardworking School Head
Ms, Marcia C. Tocayon and School Science Coordinator,
Mr. Jano B. De Guzman from planning and preparing
paraphernalia, to the process of implementation for the
successful election.
The culmination started with the preliminaries.
Afterwards, the suggested activities are done in different
classrooms handle by each teacher. Poster-making,
Ecotgraphy, tree planting, quiz bee and election of the
YES-O officers.
The participants are all excited as they showcase their
talent on their desired activities. They were being
recognized thru giving the certificate to the deserving
students during the awarding ceremony.
As the election closing program is on its final session.
The School Science Coordinator announced the new set
of YES -O officers for the school year 2022-2023.
