CONTRACT FOR SECURITY SERVICES

This agreement is made on the 1st July, 2022 between XXXXXXXXXXX at Lahore with its
office at Lahore. (Hereinafter called the client) of the one part and M/S SUTLEJ SECURITY
SERVICES (PVT.) LTD. (hereinafter called the Security Agency) of the other part with its
Head Office at K-2 PHASE -1 COMMERCIAL AREA, DHA, LAHORE CANTT.

WHEREAS

1. The Client is desirous of engaging the services of the Security Agency to protect and
secure the Premises, their contents and the person therein.

2. The Client has agreed to provide such services to the client for the period, at the charges,
upon and subject to the terms herein contained,

NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS

1 The Security agency shall provide security services to the client as per requirement at any
location provided (hereinafter called the premises/Compound)

2 The security Agency will be responsible to provide professionally trained experienced


and healthy uniformed armed guards to render efficient security cover to the premises
compound of the client round the clock including holidays

3 Security Agency personally will obey all instructions of the client with regard to
discipline or their employment on various duties within the premises.

4 The security agency Personnel will strive their best to protect the property of the client. If
necessary, by use of weapons to achieve the aforesaid or in self-defense.

5 The Security Agency will provide the requisite arms at their cost and will replace/
maintain the same at their own expense.

6 Client will forward a written request regarding unsuitability of a guard, Security agency
will replace the individual immediately.

7 All guards will be medically checked periodically and any person found unfit will be
replaced immediately.
8 The Fee will be paid each month by the client to the Security Agency at the end of each
month by Cheque. Deduction if any, will be done on prorate basis. Fee payment will be
subject to deduction there from all taxes, levies etc as required by the law to be paid by the
Security Agency except General Sales Tax (GST).

9 If any time a change in the number of Guards, If any, (more or less) required by either
party to this Contract, the Party requiring the change will inform the other in writing at least
07 Days before the day the change is to be implemented.

10 The Security Agency will provide suitable arms and ammunition required by its Security
Guards for effective performance duties. Weapon with Government Licenses will be
provided only.

11 The client will take all precautionary measures within the per Premises to avoid and
damage, loss or injury to Guards and provide them with the necessary facilities like First Aid,
electricity, shade, toilet , emergency telephone and drinking water to facilitate the
accomplishment of their task.

12 The Security Agency shall observe and adhere to all Safety Rules & Regulation enforced
by the Client from time to time at the client’s Premises.

13 Under no circumstances would the Security Agency or its Personnel be regarded as the
Client’s own employees.

14 This Contract may not be modified except in writing and signed by both the authorized
representative of the Security Agency and the Client.

15 The Security Agency will be responsible for payment of wages, Insurance dues, Group
Insurance, Old age Benefits, Social Security or any other benefits payable to their employees,
as per law (provincial of Central)

16 Whereas the rates of Security agency have been mutually accepted by the client for
security of the premises compound. The Security Agency shall provide individual Security
Guard for 12 hrs shift Rs.30,000/ (Exclusive of all Taxes), Per Month / Per Guard in
Cash.

17 The monthly bill (for fixed cost lump sum) will be submitted by Security Agency by the
1st of every month. Client will be obliged to pay security Agency within 5 days from receipt
of bill.

18 The contract will remain in force for one year. However, this contract may be renewed
with mutual consent of both the parties.

19 The client will communicate his approval or otherwise for signing the new contract with
the security agency One months before the expiry of the current contract.
20 Client can terminate the contract at any time during the period it is in force, he can do so
either by one-month advance notice period.

21 Should the Security agency decide to discontinue its services under the contract then they
can terminate the contract by giving one month’s advance notice to the client.

22 At the time of Termination of the Contract, all sum due from by either party from the
other will be cleared before the day of Termination.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF Parties to this Agreement have signed the Agreement on the date
written above.
