That I, RISAH PACHECO, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of


__________________-, Negros Occidental, Philippines, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint ALICIA ABAD, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a
resident of ________________, Negros Occidental, Philippines, to be my true
and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things, namely:

1. To process, claim and in any other manner deal with the Office of the
Professional Regulations Commission-Manila and the Department of
Foreign Affairs-Manila all of my documents for purposes of authentication
and/or red ribbon.

2. To sign and execute the necessary documents to carry into full effect the
power herein conferred and to do any other related and/or incidental task
that may be needed to fully and effectively carry out the authority herein
conferred upon him.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full


power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in
person, with full power of substitution and revocation; and
