Job Responsibilities as QA/ QC :

• verify compliance of materials/equipment against vendor supplied data

• Create an efficient QC flow to prevent bottlenecks
• Establish and maintain knowledge of relevant technical standards and legislation Plan and
execute inspections.
• Monitors all Pre-Commissioning activities, in particular Loop Checking.
• Participates in regular meetings with Construction team for Pre-Commissioning &
Commissioning activities.

• Inspection and witness of Instrument cables installation and termination.
• Review the Method of Statements for all instrument works procuring the material with test certificates.
• Monitoring and executing the site works according to approved drawings.

• Review and update pre commissioning plan accordingly with QA&QC system and client
standards, Involved in Function Test, Cause and Effect Tests and start up activities including
Calibrations,
• Worked as a startup instrumentation specialist on commissioning and debugging (trouble
shooting) various control, system, and design problems. I was part of a team used at the end of
the project to solve problems to get the plant to commercial operations.

• Revising the commissioning documents before function test of each system. In addition, I have
marked up as built, verified calibrations and loop checks and generally been solving installation /
design problems throughout the site. Also field-testing control systems with vendor
representatives.
• Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed. Collated and
ensured completeness of Instrument Loop packs with the necessary project engineering
documents.
• Provided confirmation that all elements which form the particular Instrument loop are correctly
assembled and are operating as per design intent.
• Input commissioning Instrument test records (ITR's) to project completions database and
reporting of any system deviations.
• Understood the Project standards and ensured the design meets the requirements. Followed
project design documentation and procedures.
• Trouble shooting of ESD system.

Job Description:

• Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Loop Checking, Calibration and Maintenance of entire

• Instrumentation System in Oil and Gas sectors.
• I have good knowledge and hand on experience of installation &calibration of instrument.
Process P&ID drawing, plant shut down jobs.
• Especially pneumatic control system servicing maintenance and calibration of transmitter.
• Carrying out of the repair and maintenance work of all type of field instrument such as control
valves, pneumatic and hydraulic actuator.
• Servicing, maintenance and calibration of process variable flow, pressure, level and temperature
switch, transmitter vibration probes, gauges analyzer etc.
• Also working on pneumatic transmitter and local controller.
• Supervise the all Preventive, troubleshooting, Emergency and Annual shutdown activities.
• To prepare daily progress report.
• To prepare material consumption reports.

measuring devices and to Marshalling Cabinet sequentially.
