Succ essful I nfo rm ation M anag emen t
A successful project requires a smart plan, lean scope, collaborative processes, team agreement, supporting
technology, and solid tracking, control, and verification workflows.
Our project execution planning ensures that all parties are clearly aware of the opportunities and
responsibilities associated with the incorporation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) into our project.
Our plan details the correct processes for executing BIM throughout the project's lifecycle.
On this project, we will follow these four steps to ensure that all teams are meeting the project's Exchange
Information Requirements:
1. Identify high value Model/BIM Uses that will support Exchange Information Requirements
4. Develop the infrastructure in the form of contracts, communication procedures, technology and quality
control to support the implementation.
1. Eliminating waste
2. Increasing productivity

Role Responsibility
• Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients, and architects so that projectsremain
efficient and effective and Run client-facing BIM meetings
• Working closely with BIM coordinators, who are responsible for producing project information
models
• Supporting and auditing the project team and flagging non-compliances
• Ensuring staff have access to the tools and equipment they need
BIM Manager
• Producing reports for project managers, to identify and measure BIMimplementation
• Leading meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues
• ensure that all members of the project team are following the BIM Execution Plan.
• making sure that everyone is using the right software, exchanging data regularly, and
adhering to the model standards set forth in the plan.
• Model 3d coordination
• Standard checking
• Preparing 3d modeling
• Preparing BOQ
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating, and revising BIM Modelsthroughout the project
life cycle
BIM Modelers • Ensure integrity/ quality of the models
(Arch, STR,
MEP) • Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Basedqualification
and 4D simulation
BEP
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage

3.2 3D Coordination / Clash Detection 3D C oordinatio n / Cl ash Det ecti o n
03
A process in which model elements are analyzed using Clash Detection software
to highlight potential installation conflicts.
The goal of clash detection is to update the design to eliminate potential system
collisions prior to starting on site.
Coordination The Switch Back Method will be used to resolve clashes from navisworks

3.3 4D Phase Planning 4D Ph ase Plan ni ng
A process in which a 4D model (3D models with the added dimension of time) is
utilized to effectively plan the phased occupancy in a renovation, retrofit, addition,
or to show the construction sequence and space requirements on a building site.
BEP
15
3.4 5D Cost Estimation 5D Cost E sti m atio n
This process allows the project team to see the cost effects of their changes,
during all phases of the project, which can help curb excessive budget overruns
due to project modifications. Specifically, BIM can provide cost effects of additions
and modifications, with potential to save time and money and is most beneficial in
the early design stages of a project

3.5 Record Modeling Reco rd Mod elin g
Our objective it to maintain models with current construction changes, and to use
those models to produce final record documents to be provided to the Appointing
Party or local/federal municipality upon completion of the deliverable in a format
that was agreed upon during the BIM Execution Plan.

The purpose of this strategy is to support information security, ease information exchange using
smaller file sizes, and most important; to facilitate simultaneous modeling by the various teams
without coordination issues. By preparing a hierarchy diagram to illustrate this federation so that
everybody can understand the relation between models.
The Following Diagram shows the model federation strategy proposed for the Project (zone1)

As requested by the client the delivery team will use BIM 360 as the information management secure platform
A coordination had been done by team leaders of Group (17 & 18) and the Project Base has been agreed to be
the point of the intersection of two axis (A1 and AA)
The delivery team will need the confirmation from Kaitech to use the proposed point .

Party Used
For our current project, "KT- School", the appointing party insists that our company we, as the Lead
Appointed Party, must utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) to anticipate and minimize health and
safety hazards throughout the project phases.
1. Safety Feature Integration: Our BIM model will incorporate all safety features of the school,
including clearly marked fire escape routes and the locations of fire safety equipment. For instance,
the model indicates the placement of fire extinguishers in the school's science laboratories and other
high-risk areas, such as the kitchen and woodwork room.
2. Material Safety Data: We have ensured that all materials used in the construction of the school are
safe and comply with industry standards. For example, our BIM model will include detailed
information about the non-toxic, fire-resistant insulation material planned for use throughout the
building.
3. Compliance Monitoring: Regular audits and reviews of the BIM model are scheduled to ensure
adherence to health, safety, and CDM requirements. Our project manager has been tasked with
addressing any non-compliance issues that arise during these audits.
4. Information Security: Our BIM model's health and safety data access is limited to authorized
personnel to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information.
We hereby confirm our commitment to adhering to all relevant health and safety legislation, including the Health
and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the CDM Regulations 2015. We also pledge to follow BIM standards as
outlined in ISO 19650 (parts 1 and 2).
BEP
We assure that we ( the appointed party ) will uphold the highest standards of health and safety
throughout the execution of the "KT- School" project.
