Human resource management is marked as an essential part of the core
management that helps in the better management of internal operations as well as
the resources within the organisation ( Bányai and Mariappanadar, 2019). Managing
people and their performance includes effective processes such as training,
motivation and other processes for the enhancement of productivity level with growth
sequence. This report will design effective operations operated by the HR official
including the better management of job description, recruitment strategy, staffing
plan and others.

interviews will take place to process out the first impression of the candidates.

In concluding all the measures, important service details of HR official for Buni

Travel business is one of the major sectors in the business operation that holds the
desirable benefits of the consumers and helps people to travel from one place to
other. In the UK, the travel business is much more popular to serve people with the
destination approaches. Additionally, the travel sector has added £ 237 billion in the
financial year 2020 (statista.com, 2021). Holding these viewpoints, Buni travels
operates its services in the travel business with the operational value of delivering
appropriate services to the consumers. In order to stimulate the business properly,
the business aspect of an HR professional is been considered important for
managing the smooth onboarding of the employees. The rationale for the choices
of empanelling the job description process has been concluded as a better
process for addressing the vacant position with preferable employees. A job
description process is been considered important as it contains the essential
information for the acknowledgement of preferred candidates in a better way.
For addressing the preferable skilled employees, the job description contains the
contents of qualifications along with the preferred skills of a business consultant.
