VIETJET AVIATION JOINT STOCK COMPANY 12/2017 – 1/2023
Maintenance Control Center Duty, Technical Department (3 years)
- Be one of four MCC Duties that responsible for controlling and monitoring
maintenance action of VietJet fleets from all stations under a MCC Controller.
- Manage expire date for tasks/defects for fleets and plan for carrying out suitable
tasks in Night stop of aircraft by using AMOS software.
- Give the orders/actions to line maintenance to request Mechanic/Engineer to follow
the orders.
- Handle immediately any abnormal/emergency cases in order to make the aircraft
that is released safety and in time.
- Corporate with international Stations/Airlines to perform maintenance action if
needed. Offer the instructions and solutions followed strictly Airbus regulations and
documents as requested.
- Corporate with Technical Support Engineer for any out of authorized function to
maintain the aircraft operations when getting the approval or deferring the tasks.
- Contact with QA and Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam (CAAV) for helps and
information. Follow the orders from CAAV and QA to prepare documents/procedures
and release for line maintenance.
- Coordinate with Observer Member of Crew (OMC), Cargo and Ground staff to
ensure the best Turn Around Time.
- Search/Provide documents from Airbus to support line maintenance.

Qualified Aviation Mechanic, Technical Department (2 years)

- Participate in a 6-month On-job training plan covering all basic, and advanced
knowledge required in the avionic sector.
- Perform inspection and replace all equipment on aircraft: engine, wing, door,
wheel...
- Handle abnormal technical failures, and emergencies as required following
corporate regulations, and Airbus documents on standard Maintenance
instructions/procedures.
- Perform failures analysis/evaluation to support certified staff so as to decide
whether to raise aviation defer defect or to perform replacement as soon as
possible.
- Request Technical Support/Maintenance Control Center (MCC) for help with
specific tasks requiring special authorization-level while carrying out scheduled
aircraft maintenance.
- Search, and order suitable parts/assemblies from MCC as replacement for any
components that fails to function properly. This action would involve either complete
overhaul of the existing system or simple replacement of lower-level components.
Detailed paperwork is also a requirement concerning this task.
- Monitor/Keep maintenance record, and ensure the technical logs are up-to-date for
every technical actions taken during each shift.
