do hereby solemnly declare that I will appear in F.Sc/Advance Level (A-level) special
examination to be held in_________________________________ from (college name)
____________________________________________________. My admission form
alongwith available documents and a Hope Certificate of F.Sc/A-level marks provided
by me have been provisionally accepted for admission to B.Sc Engineering for the
Academic Session 2023-24 by the Directorate of Admissions, UET, Peshawar under the
following terms and conditions:

1. My position in the merit/waiting list will be determined as per criteria defined


by UET, Peshawar.

2. Hope Certificate marks will be considered in case it is required.


3. I undertake that I will not claim any new upper position in the merit/waiting list,
in case I get marks higher than Hope Certificate in result to be declared by
_______________________(name of board/university).

4. In case I get marks less than Hope Certificate, I will be reduced to lower position
in the merit/waiting list, corresponding my actual marks.

5. I will provide original DMC/equivalence certificate to the Directorate of


Admissions on or before 20th September, 2023 failing which my admission, if
offered, shall stand cancelled.
