I have the honor to inform you that, on the recommendations of the Selection Board dated 8-10 March 2022 and keeping in view
the approval at its 77th meeting held on 28 March, 2022, the Vice-Chancellor after completing the codal formalities, has been pleased to
appoint you as Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical engineering, on contract Basis, Bahawalpur Campus in accordance with the
University rules, plus usual allowances and other benefits, as admissible under the Statutes /Rules of the University, on the following terms &
conditions:
iii. Your appointment will be terminable on one month's notice or pay in lieu thereof from either side during the probation period.
iv. You will be entitled for Earned / Casual leave plus Medical benefits, as admissible under the relevant Statutes.
a. Certificate of Character from two responsible persons not being your relatives.
vi. You will have to produce verified / attested copies of your educational testimonials from the concerned Board(s) / University/ Foreign
Institute(s) (whichever applicable)/ and Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, otherwise your joining will not be notified.
vii. Your appointment will be subject to provision of an affidavit that if anything bogus or forged or any shortfall in academic qualification
certifications, experience certificates(s) or anything adverse, regarding credentials come to the notice of the University, the appointment will be
liable to be terminated without any notice.
viii. In all other matters, your services would be governed under the Rules/ Regulations/ Policies and Statutes of the University being
enforced/amended from time to time.
If the offer is acceptable to you on the terms and conditions mentioned above, please report for duty to the Chairman, Department of
Mechanical engineering, within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of this letter, failing which your appointment will be subject to
cancellation.
