BSG09101 – CORPORATE MANAGEMENT

PROJECT:

Choose one (1) from the following. The paper should be minimum 15 pages.
1. Discuss critically factors that cause corporate failures in Tanzania.
2. “Corporate management is universal.” Discuss the major elements used in
corporate management in your organization and show how those elements
are interrelated.
3. Discuss why it is important to motivate organization members and show
which strategies your organization can use to motivate organization
members.

4. Pick either Classical Management or Human Relations theory and discuss its
strengths and weaknesses in managing an organization in Tanzania.
5. Discuss the key management style(s) a manager can use to manage a 21st
century organization.
6. Develop a Likert type questionnaire based on the management styles
covered in this course-corporate management. Then conduct a field research
on your management style by administering the questionnaire to: -
a) Your supervisor(s)
b) Team members (work-mates)
c) People you supervise
Discuss the findings on your leadership style(s)
