1. The photographer took photos during a buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of Allan Aromin for drug offenses. Photos were taken of the pre-operation briefing, body search of the suspect, marking of evidence, and at the location where the suspect was arrested. 2. Mug shots of the suspect were also taken at the police station. 3. AFFIDAVIT OF PHOTOGRAPHER

I, PAT LEWARD BALLAIS of legal age, Filipino, member of Tacloban City Police Office
and presently assigned at City Drug Enforcement Unit after having been sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and say the following, That;

1. I am a member of SDEU-PS3 led by PLT ANGELO LEO S SILVESTRECE on the conducted


buy-bust operation of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU-PS3), on June 1, 2022 at
around 09:04 in the evening which resulted to the arrest of ALLAN AROMIN y'
Arigola, 29 years old, male, with live-in Partner, DOB: August 17 1992, POB: Sta.
Rosa Nueva Ecija, High School level, tricycle driver, and a resident of Block 3 Lot
17, St Francis Village Phase 2, Barangay 105 Suhi San Isidro Tacloban City, and a
Street Level Individual (SLI). I am the designated photographer of the said anti-illegal
drug operation;

2. I used SAMSUNG GLAXY 50 (BLACK), cellular phone on taking photographs on the


following events;

a. I took photographs during pre-jump-off briefing conducted PLT ANGELO LEO S


SILVESTRECE for possible buy-bust operation and the handling-over of marked
buy-bust money to PSSG HERNAN BRENT F ESELLER as the poseur buyer in the
presence of the witnesses from the media and elected Barangay Official in the
person of Mr Lito Bagunas (radio man DYMS) and Elected Barangay Official
Councilor Renier Reas (Barangay 18, Gomez Sto Niňo Street Tacloban City)
respectively;

b. I took photographs during Body search ALLAN AROMIN y' Arigola, 29 years
old, male, with live-in Partner, DOB: August 17 1992, POB: Sta. Rosa Nueva
Ecija, High School level, tricycle driver, and a resident of Block 3 Lot 17, St
Francis Village Phase 2, Barangay 105 Suhi San Isidro Tacloban City, and a
Street Level Individual (SLI), and the physical inventory and markings of pieces
of evidence bought and confiscated from the suspects, conducted by PSSG HERNAN
BRENT ESELLER (poseur-buyer) in the presence of the suspect and the witnesses;
Mr. Lito Bagunas (media representative); Councilor Renier Reas (elected public
official) at place where the suspects were arrested; and conducted PLT ANGELO
LEO S SILVESTRECE (Team Leader);

c. I also took mug shot photographs of the suspect at the TCPO, Police Station 3,
Barangay 101 New Kawayan, Tacloban City;

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity and truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and for the purpose of filing cases against ALLAN AROMIN y' Arigola @JUN
(Street Level Individual), for violation of Sec. 5, AND 11 Art. II of RA No. 9165.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 7 th day of June,


2022 in Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines.
