Reason for Emergency Visa Request:

Attend the American Association of Dermatology (AAD) Annual Conference, March 8-12,
2024. Location: San Diego, California, US.

I humbly request an emergency visa appointment as the earliest available appointment date
at the US Embassy in New Delhi is <insert date>.

I am a dermatology faculty at the esteemed All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in
Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, India, an institute of national importance. I have been awarded
a prestigious scholarship from the Indian Association of Dermatology, Venerologists and
Leprologists (IADVL) to attend the AAD Annual Conference in March 2024, which is given
once in a lifetime of a dermatologist. This scholarship has granted me the privilege of
representing my country as one of only two recipients chosen from a pool of 86 applicants
from all over the country.

In light of the above, I kindly appeal for your assistance in expediting the visa appointment
process. Your support in ensuring my timely participation in the AAD Annual Conference
would be greatly appreciated.
