-Developed in-house design of SAHR positive brake for LMVs deployed in mines, and received highest
category award in International Convention on Quality Control Circle 2021 for this innovative idea
-Zoom tube stroke length modification in Drill Jumbo fleet: Reduced the stroke length of zoom tube
cylinder, an additional spacer of length 270 mm was introduced that enhanced sturdiness, resulting in
minimizing the breakdown and save 1cr.
-Improved mine de-watering system, by introducing slurry centrifugal pumps in series to handle 1.35 S.G.
slurry with 400 m3/hours at 85 m head, working with the cross-functional team.
-Reduced major development and production fleet breakdown by 23% by utilizing the knowledge of the
Reliable Centered Maintenance methodology, and Condition Based Monitoring.
-Improved performance of Ventilation Fan of capacity 2MW (India’s largest on-site Ventilation Fan) by
introducing safety interlock between dampers.

-Developed a multi-stage transmission system with a CVT and custom gearbox.

-The monocular camera uses the imageToVehicle and vehicleToImage functions to transform
point locations between image coordinates and vehicle coordinates.
-These functions apply projective transformations, which enable estimating distances from a camera
mounted on the vehicle to locations on a flat road surface.
