RESOLUTION NO. 2, S. 2022

A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING PTA OFFICIALS A


FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE/FUND FOR SCHOOL- BASED MANAGEMENT
TRAINING PAKUSGAN PA OF NASECO INTEGRATED SCHOOL.

Whereas, Naseco Integrated School adopting the Department of


Education Order No. 83 s. 2012, “Strengthen the level of practice with the
involvement of the relevant community basic education service delivery.”

Whereas, Naseco Integrated School is implementing training for


School- Based Management System to improve school practices.

Whereas, Naseco Integrated School- Based Management Coordinator


aims to train teachers and stakeholders on how to evaluate school
performance using SBM tool.

Whereas, School-Based Management Coordinator wants to engage


communities in school decision-making.

Whereas, the said activity is not covered with the government’s fund
afforded to public schools in the form of Maintenance and Other Operating
Expenses (MOOE) hence, it is not only best but necessary to seek pecuniary
assistance from benevolent stakeholders to realize this end;

Whereas, training will not only be providing information for the


implementation of the School-Based Management System of the School
Practices but to provide opportunity for the teachers and stakeholders to
engage decision making in improving school performance and evaluate
school its practices. To make the community more self-reliant, self-sufficient
and extend its efforts in protecting the environment, which is essential in

building sustainable and resilient communities especially during challenging


time of Pandemic.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of School SBM Coordinator Mary Ann


C. Pacaña, duly seconded, it was;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the PTA Officials to


allocate funds in the amount of Three Thousand Pesos (3000) as financial
assistance for the training for School-Based Management System of Naseco
Integrated School.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED: January 24, 2022 at Naseco Integrated


School.
