Your proposed work should be carried out in compliance with the notes
given below and the attached Guidelines Annexure 1 & 2, stating safety
precautions, Contractors responsibilities to be followed from your side
prior to and during the proposed work at site.
During the construction period contractor need to submit all required
detailed drawing to Etisalat Plant Protection Office for site verification.
Moreover, your works program/schedule of proposed works should be
submitted to Etisalat Plant Protection office (Telephone 02 ?
6162728,0505794949) well in advance of commencement of any for
their information & co-ordination.
Warning signboard to be installed on existing Etisalat network to take
precautionary measures to avoid any damage while execution. In this
regard, please find attached standard drawing no. ETC/PPO/1001/18
showing the specifications of warning sign board.
Trial pits are necessary before commencement of any excavation activity
in the project vicinity & take precautionary measures to protect existing
network Etisalat network, if any.
Your proposed work activities should not conflict with our existing
telephone plant nor to encroach in telephone service reservation to avoid
any damage to existing telephone plant.
The works shall be carried out only under Etisalat technical supervision.
Your program of works should be submitted to us well in advance of
commencement of work at site and design and supervision charges will
be advice accordingly.
Etisalat network must be identified/located at site before commencing
any excavation work and adequate protection for Etisalat network as per
normal standard procedure are to be provided.
Mechanical excavation near to Etisalat network is not allowed, and all
excavations works in the project area are to be carried out manually.
Existing telecom ducts that falls under the proposed Roads / paved
surfaces are to be encased with 10CM thick concrete surround.
Protection and method statement should be submitted to Plant
Protection Office before starting works activities.
Our existing telephone plant found nearest your works activity make trial
pit excavation (copy attached) and submit accordingly for approval.
Etisalat service corridor shall be not be affected due to any type of
activities and the contractor/consultant shall hold full responsibility in
case of Etisalat service disturbance.
Likewise, any damage inflicted on existing Telephone plant during the
course of your works will be dealt as per prevailing damage claims
procedures.
Existing Telephone duct that falls under newly paved area or areas
disturbed by your works are to be tested and if any damage/blockage
noticed, should be rectified.
Etisalat requirement to take precautionary measures for existing

 Telecom line plant at junction/road crossing points while executing the
work at site.
Contractor will be liable to pay any damage caused during the
construction works in this area.
Please note that, the contractor shall be held liable for any accidental
damage happens to the existing telephone plant during the course of
works and any damage claims will be dealt as per the prevailing
procedures and it?s to be ?Deliberate category? case.

ADNOC HQ FP
Kindly adhere to the conditions given by (ADNOC Distribution),Applicant
to consider no conflict with ADNOC Service Station plot within the area
of works.Kindly adhere to the conditions given by (ADNOC Refining),
applicant shall follow attached conditions. Kindly adhere to the conditions
given by (ADNOC Onshore),The proposed pipeline is outside the
ADNOC Onshore Concession however, it does affect impact ADNOC
Onshore existing ADCOP 48" Bab-Fuj Pipeline. Construction Contractor
shall work in accordance with ADNOC Onshore ePTW/eTRA Refer to
the attached eNOC Conditions for its implementation and adherence too.
Refer to attached snapshot of crossing location Contractor shall interface
with M/s Al Geemi Construction for the ongoing construction works in
area. This NOC is for ADNOC assets protection only and you are
requested to approach other government sectors and utilities providers
for their NOCs and Permits. Any change to the proposed work needs to
be referred back to us for our review.(find attachment)

Moreover, your works program/schedule of proposed works should be

Warning signboard to be installed on existing Etisalat network to take
precautionary measures to avoid any damage while execution. In this
regard, please find attached standard drawing no. ETC/PPO/1001/18
showing the specifications of warning sign board.
Trial pits are necessary before commencement of any excavation activity
in the project vicinity & take precautionary measures to protect existing
network Etisalat network, if any.
Your proposed work activities should not conflict with our existing
telephone plant nor to encroach in telephone service reservation to avoid
any damage to existing telephone plant.
The works shall be carried out only under Etisalat technical supervision.
Your program of works should be submitted to us well in advance of
commencement of work at site and design and supervision charges will
be advice accordingly.
Etisalat network must be identified/located at site before commencing
any excavation work and adequate protection for Etisalat network as per
normal standard procedure are to be provided.
Mechanical excavation near to Etisalat network is not allowed, and all
excavations works in the project area are to be carried out manually.
Existing telecom ducts that falls under the proposed Roads / paved
surfaces are to be encased with 10CM thick concrete surround.
Protection and method statement should be submitted to Plant
Protection Office before starting works activities.
Our existing telephone plant found nearest your works activity make trial
pit excavation (copy attached) and submit accordingly for approval.
Etisalat service corridor shall be not be affected due to any type of
activities and the contractor/consultant shall hold full responsibility in
case of Etisalat service disturbance.
Likewise, any damage inflicted on existing Telephone plant during the
course of your works will be dealt as per prevailing damage claims
procedures.
Existing Telephone duct that falls under newly paved area or areas
disturbed by your works are to be tested and if any damage/blockage
noticed, should be rectified.
Etisalat requirement to take precautionary measures for existing
Telecom line plant at junction/road crossing points while executing the
work at site.
Contractor will be liable to pay any damage caused during the
construction works in this area.

the responsibility of third party damage.
7. The Applicant is to ensure that all required NOCs related to
works near, under, above or close to any road or road structure NOC to
be obtained from the relevant Municipalities (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Al
Dhafrah municipality)
8. For any road detour / closure applicant must obtain the
necessary approval via Traffic Management Services https://dot.gov.

drawings showing proximity locations, associated with a table that
indicates drawings numbers. However this does not relieve the
applicant(s) to confirm the same on actual ground before
commencement of any works.
4. No construction work is permitted within a limit of 10 Meters on either
side of our existing services which are highlighted on our attached As
Built drawings.
5.Following particular comments need to be adhered while performing
proposed works:-
-Excavation should be carried out by hand tools, within a distance of 3
meters on either side of the existing ADSSC services.
-We prohibit the movement of machinery and heavy equipment across
the lines or any other ADSSC assets, except where the safe passage is
designated.
-We prohibit dewatering within the limit of 50 meters on either side of our
pipeline or any other ADSSC assets.
-If the trench width exceeds 2.5 meters then it is a must to obtain
ADSSC?s approval for method deployed for protecting ADSSC
pipelines.
-To reinstate the site to its original form and shape at your own cost.
-Before you start the work, it is required to invite our site audit team of O
& M Division at the site for any intricacy, incase such a demand arises.
6. For all TSE line they have to take NOC and PTW from ADDC
7. For issues related to Irrigation services, please contact ?ADDC? as
ADSSC is not be responsible of such issues.
8. For any works related to sewerage network (proposed/modification)
should be done as per ADSSC standard specifications with submitting
method statement & drawings in details case by case before start any

Your proposed work should be carried out in compliance with the notes
given below and the attached Guidelines Annexure 1 & 2, stating safety
precautions, Contractors responsibilities to be followed from your side
prior to and during the proposed work at site.
During the construction period contractor need to submit all required
detailed drawing to Etisalat Plant Protection Office for site verification.
Moreover, your works program/schedule of proposed works should be
submitted to Etisalat Plant Protection office (Telephone 02 ?
6162728,0505794949) well in advance of commencement of any for
their information & co-ordination.
Warning signboard to be installed on existing Etisalat network to take
precautionary measures to avoid any damage while execution. In this
regard, please find attached standard drawing no. ETC/PPO/1001/18
showing the specifications of warning sign board.
Trial pits are necessary before commencement of any excavation activity
in the project vicinity & take precautionary measures to protect existing
network Etisalat network, if any.
Your proposed work activities should not conflict with our existing
telephone plant nor to encroach in telephone service reservation to avoid
any damage to existing telephone plant.
The works shall be carried out only under Etisalat technical supervision.
Your program of works should be submitted to us well in advance of
commencement of work at site and design and supervision charges will
be advice accordingly.
Etisalat network must be identified/located at site before commencing
any excavation work and adequate protection for Etisalat network as per
normal standard procedure are to be provided.
Mechanical excavation near to Etisalat network is not allowed, and all
excavations works in the project area are to be carried out manually.
Existing telecom ducts that falls under the proposed Roads / paved
surfaces are to be encased with 10CM thick concrete surround.
Protection and method statement should be submitted to Plant
Protection Office before starting works activities.
Our existing telephone plant found nearest your works activity make trial
pit excavation (copy attached) and submit accordingly for approval.
Etisalat service corridor shall be not be affected due to any type of
activities and the contractor/consultant shall hold full responsibility in
case of Etisalat service disturbance.
Likewise, any damage inflicted on existing Telephone plant during the
course of your works will be dealt as per prevailing damage claims
procedures.
Existing Telephone duct that falls under newly paved area or areas
disturbed by your works are to be tested and if any damage/blockage
noticed, should be rectified.
Etisalat requirement to take precautionary measures for existing
Telecom line plant at junction/road crossing points while executing the

 work at site.
Contractor will be liable to pay any damage caused during the
construction works in this area.
Please note that, the contractor shall be held liable for any accidental
damage happens to the existing telephone plant during the course of
works and any damage claims will be dealt as per the prevailing
procedures and it?s to be ?Deliberate category? case.

ADDC
ADDC Assets FP Supervisor

1. You are fully responsible to propose additional requirements for

relocation/protection of existing ADDC assets found during the
construction stage, which are not included in the NOC given by the
ADDC, the same shall be submitted for review and approval prior to
execution.
2. You have to liaise with all the concerned developers in your
project area to get their approval to avoid any conflict with their
developments.
3. Thick Protection slaps above electrical cables are not accepted,
in case the cables are in footpath/tiles area concrete tiles 5*25*50cm
with warning tapes to be used as per ADDC standards.
4. Before starting any site activities in the vicinity of ADDC Assets
You shall obtain PTW (Permit To Work) / LAP from
Water/Electricity/Recycled Water O&M Divisions. If you do not obtain the
subject PTW/LAP, you shall be penalized as per ADDC rules and
regulations and the granted NOC will be considered not valid.
5. You have to comply with ADDC Guidelines for
Protection/Relocation of Water/Electricity/Recycled Water Assets (copy
from Guidelines submitted to you along with NOI). In case there is any
deviation, you have to raise the issue to get approval for the subject
deviation.
6. You have to follow ADDC HSEQ guidelines (GL.GN.06 Issue
01 dated 01/09/2013) during any construction works in vicinity/crossing
ADDC assets. Only approved competent safety officer allowed to work in
vicinity of ADDC assets with supervision of the consultant staff and
coordination with O&M Engineer, (copy from Guidelines submitted to you
along with NOI).
7. All the protection/relocation works on ADDC assets shall be
carried out as per DOE/ADDC Standards and Specifications and through
an ADDC approved Contractor for such works and in coordination with
the concerned ADDC O&M Engineer. In case of relocation / cancellation
of ADDC Assets, you shall exhume the cancelled assets and return them
back to ADDC stores under full supervision of ADDC O&M Engineer.
8. During exposing of existing ADDC water/Recycled Water
Pipelines not more than one joint to be exposed and provide proper
support for the joint.
9. You shall not operate any of the ADDC assets within the limit of
Contract.
10. No heavy equipment shall be moved over ADDC Assets without
proper protection and under supervision of the concerned O&M staff.
11. It is not allowed to excavate at any concrete thrust blocks for
the DI Bends/Tees unless getting PMT/LAP from the concerned ADDC
O&M Engineer.
12. 24x7 access shall be provided to ADDC O&M staff and vehicles
for any O&M emergency or planned works within the limit of
construction. The Developer contractor shall remove any site
obstruction/Construction materials to access ADDC asset within the limit
of construction and no construction materials shall be stacked over
ADDC assets.

 13. Existing underground services shall be identified/tracing
properly using suitable approved calibrated devices. You shall conduct
manual trial excavations prior to start any machine excavation work to
verify ADDC Asset Depth to avoid any damage to ADDC Assets. After
confirming the exact level of the assets, cross section drawings to be
revisited and updated in coordination with the concerned ADDC O&M
Engineer.
14. It is not allowed to keep cable joints inside or near the proposed
split duct.
15. Indication plate to be installed in each side of the proposed
extended split ducts/new ducts.
16. Any modification/relocation/protection of ADDC assets shall be
carried out by ADDC approved contractors as per ADDC procedures and
specifications in coordination with O&M staff.
17. You will bear the full responsibility in case of any damage to
ADDC assets within your project area. You shall contact ADDC
Customers Service center (8002332) informing them about the subject
damage.
18. In case of any NDRC/Directional drilling works, you have to
make trial pits to reach to ADDC assets and know asset depth before
commencement of your work to avoid any damage.
