I, Antonette Medenilla Gonzalez, one of the living children of Adelaida


Medenilla, the registered owner of lots #3 and #4, Salvation Garden, Section
D, Block 148, write this letter to authorize my sister, Angelita M. Mañacap,
to make the funeral arrangements and sign in behalf of me with regards to the
funeral of our deceased sister, Myra Medenilla Uy.

I am also giving consent for the remains of the deceased, Myra Medenilla Uy,
to be buried on top of Alejo S. Medenilla Jr. in Salvation Garden, Section D,
Block 148 registered under our mother, Adelaida S. Medenilla dated October
25th, 1976.

Angelita will be presenting the original copy of the above document when
she meets with the duly representative.
