Baggage Information

Your hand carry must not exceed:

Every passenger is allowed one (1) carry-on baggage inside the cabin,
with a maximum weight of seven (7) kilograms and dimension of up to
56cm x 36cm x 23cm. This includes most wheeled cabin bags and
backpacks. The carry-on baggage must fit inside the overhead bin and
must be stowed by yourself.

Only the following items shall be considered as exceptions and shall be

allowed on top of the one (1) piece carry-on baggage:

1. Extra bag for parents/guardians if travelling with children.

2. Medical-related needs of passengers such as but not limited to

walking stick, crutches, prosthetic devices and personal wheelchair.

3. Items purchased inside the airport. Proof of receipt is required to be

presented to the counter agent/gate boarding agent.

4. Gadget or food item that cannot be accepted for check-in.

5. Small bag that can fit under the seat.

Carry-on/hand carry baggage allowance including any exception, should

be a maximum of two (2) pieces only and with total combined weight of
seven (7)kg or less.

• Starting September 1, 2021, Gate Baggage Fee will be charged

and collected to guests who are carrying more than the allowed and
acceptable piece count, size and weight of carry-on or hand carry
baggage.

Take Note!

• Passengers can bring only one (1) piece of checked baggage, for
each purchase of the 20kg or 32kg CEB Prepaid Baggage option.​
• They may get up to any two (2) of these weight options, for a
maximum of 2 pieces of baggage and a combined weight of 64kg.
• CEB Prepaid Baggage Allowance is available at the time of
booking and during Manage Booking up to two (2) hours before the
scheduled time of departure.
• Passengers who don't have prepaid baggage can avail of one (1)
piece Airport Baggage up to one (1) hour before departure.
• Maximum weight of each checked baggage piece is 32kg, and
must not contain fragile or valuable items.
• Any excess in piece, weight, and size (baggage that exceeds 39
inches) are subject to existing Extra Bag Fee, Excess Baggage Fee,
and/or Oversized Baggage Fee, respectively.
• Baby strollers and walking canes can be checked in for free
provided that guest who requires the use of the stroller or cane is
part of the traveling party.
• Dangerous items are not allowed for check-in or hand carry. Learn

Baggage Protect
Baggage Protect is an insurance rider of TravelSure that:

• Offers compensation for the loss or damage of baggage in transit.

• Starts upon baggage check-in and ends upon baggage claim at the
destination airport.
• Covers loss of baggage up to Php200,000.00 and damage to
baggage up to Php40,000.00.
• Is available for passenger exiting the Philippines, South Korea,
Japan, Taiwan and Macau only.

Sports Equipment
 Take your gear with you wherever you go! You can bring your sports
equipment as checked baggage provided it is packed properly and

Surfboard

Headed to the beach for some vitamin sea? We accept various types of
boards for check-in as long as it is packed properly in a case. For the list

Musical Instruments or Religious Items

Musical instruments and religious items are allowed on board provided

it meets cabin dimensions of up to 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and has a
maximum weight of seven (7) kilos. This will be part of your allowance
of carry-on baggage, which is just one (1) bag per passenger. If your item
exceeds these dimensions and the piece restriction allowed, you would
need to purchase an extra seat for your item at the airport.

Firearms, Ammunition and Other Weapons

We allow carriage of firearms as checked baggage to all domestic

flights only, for a fee. Passengers bringing their personal firearms must
be ready to present the following documents at any time that it is
required by authorities.

• Valid ID (Government issued IDs, Service/Agency ID)

• Valid Firearms License
• Valid Permit to Carry Firearms Outside of the Residence
• Valid Permit to Transport Firearms and Ammunition (for firearms
not covered by the former and for Gun Club Members) Uniformed
personnel and active members of law-enforcement agencies are
exempted from paying the fee as long as they present a Valid
Mission Order.

Dangerous Goods
Dangerous goods are items or substances that may endanger the society
of the aircraft or guests onboard. Please ensure that you do not pack
items specified in this list in your hand carry or checked baggage.

The following items are prohibited in your baggage whether it is

checked in or not:

• Explosives, flammable or non-inflammable gas (such as aerosol

paints, butane gas, lighter refills)

• Refrigerated gas (such as filled aqualung cylinders, liquid
nitrogen)

• Poisons
• Infective substances (such as viruses, bacteria)
• Radioactive material (such as radium)
• Corrosive materials (such as acid, alkali, mercury, thermometer)
• Magnetic substances, oxidizing materials (such as bleaches)
• Weapons such as antique firearms, swords, knives, and similar
items*. Such items may only be allowed in checked baggage at our
absolute discretion for very special reasons.

*For those travelling to/from Hong Kong, please note that stun guns,
bullets, extendible batons, and knuckledusters are considered as arms in
Hong Kong and therefore are prohibited.
