Because of him weve learn a lot in the field that we are having
today it was a nice thing that we did this research interview.
He just said that they are manage based in collective decisions. So they
are making some of theyre staffs collects some informations that they think and
decide if its accepted or not. Manager is referring on the other staffs if its good or
not he is not just referring on his decision but he let his staff to think of it and
decide if it work on a project. It maybe a good plan for them to let some staff
cooperate on the company.
We were just thinking what type of plan maybe it was. Maybe it was a
production plan cost they are letting some staffs to make and output and
present it in the board and let the board to decide if its validated or not

greatly contributing to the revenues of JCRCC as well as ably

The vision of J.C Rodriguez Construction Corporation. is not just

OBJECTIVES
To be the leader of a team consisting of the client, architect,
contractor and all of the vendors and subcontractors; to take
responsibility for the timely completion and quality of each new
home or remodel.
RULES
Pre-Construction Approvals
Tenant construction will not be permitted to start until the Tenant has received
the written approval of the Landlord.
Construction Trades
The Landlord reserves the right to approve the Tenants Contractors,
subcontractors and Consultants. Please be advised that certain work is limited
to mandatory trades.
Access Request Form
The Access Request Form (the Request) is used to control and coordinate
access to the gate while maintaining building security and safe working
conditions, as well as to transmit information between tenants, building
management, building operations and security. Contact the Management Office
to obtain a Request Form.
RULES
Keys and Identification Tags
Only authorized workmen named on the Request will be allowed to sign out
badges as well as keys and/or access cards in exchange for a piece of photo
identification in the Security Control Room. The identification posted as security
will be returned when badges, keys and access cards are surrendered to
building security at the end of each day. The badges must be worn in plain view
while on site.
Safety Work Permit
A Safety Work Permit is a 24-hour permit that authorizes certain types of work
that may be potentially dangerous to building occupants or disruptive to
building services.
Worksite Security
The Contractor is solely responsible for the security of the leased premises
during the construction period.
RULES
Access & Deliveries
Construction deliveries are permitted on a first come first served
basis from 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
Parking
The Contractor is responsible for locating adequate parking.
Under no circumstances are vehicles to congest visitor parking or
block access to the loading dock facilities. Any Contractor parking
in the loading dock for more than 20 minutes will be ticketed and
towed.
Working Hours
Regular working hours in office tower are from 7:00am to 5:00pm
Monday to Saturday.
RULES
Cleanliness
Construction materials and waste are not to be stored in the
public areas of the building or adjacent to any vacant areas unless
prior written approval is obtained from the Landlord. The
Contractor is responsible for ensuring that the construction site,
as well as all adjacent areas affected by the construction site, is
kept clean.
Conduct
No smoking is permitted in working hours.

Prior to the start of construction the following documentation
must be provided.
SUMMARY
J.C. Rodriguez Construction Corporation is named by Jovita Cruz Rodriguez.
She established a construction materials supplier firm with the name of JOVITA
CRUZ GRAVEL & SAND and followed by the establishment of J.C. Rodriguez
Construction.
Now the JCRCC is an ISO certified. ISO International Standards ensure that
products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality. For business, they
are strategic tools that reduce costs by minimizing waste and errors and
increasing productivity. They help companies to access new markets, level the
playing field for developing countries and facilitate free and fair global trade.
And also a PAB(Philippine Accreditation Bureau) certified and also called
now Philippine Accreditation Office(PAO). The PAB accreditation schemes
conform to PNS ISO/IEC 17011:2004 - General requirements for accreditation
bodies accrediting conformity assessment bodies (CABs) and other relevant ISO
and international guidance documents. To ensure the credibility of its
accreditation process, the PAB engages the services of Technical
Assessors/Experts from various industries and specialized agencies.
RECOMMENDATION
Based on what weve seen on the way to the office of the
manager there some of things that needed to work on.
1. Like the road or way through the offices it is not semented but it
is like a mud soil. So when it rains the road gets muddy and it is
hard to go through because its to muddy on the road.
2. Adding some signs or instructions signs where should the office
place so it is easy to identify where to go
