Benguet hereby authorize on its behalf Legal Researcher and Legal Consultant Engr.
Drixan Pacio Daganos to transact, secure, process and claim any and all pleadings,
court orders, documents concerning the company in your office.

He is hereby given and granted full powers and authority to do and perform all and
every act requisite or necessary to be done, as fully to all intents and purposes.

(LCMC) addressed to Atty. Omar Evangelista and Atty. Anna Mae Corpuz-Licyayo.
