2 Suitable lashing equipment been used to secure the T
beam on the prime mover?
3 Lashing equipment such as wire rope, rated turn buckle,
chain block, bolts, steel rods etc in good condition? Free
from damage, rust etc.?
4 All lashing equipment has WLL/SWL rating on it and has
been inspected?
5 Suitable protective padding over sharp edge has used to
protect T-Beam and lashing equipment?
6 Does proper wooden blocks place under the T Beam of
the prime mover?
7 Operated by only trained and certified operator?

8 Trained banksman available?

9 All related personnel with suitable PPE?
