Free from damage, rust etc.? 4 All lashing equipment has WLL/SWL rating on it and has been inspected? 5 Suitable protective padding over sharp edge has used to protect T-Beam and lashing equipment? 6 Does proper wooden blocks place under the T Beam of the prime mover? 7 Operated by only trained and certified operator?
