Retake Option (Applies in November session only)
Candidates are eligible for Retake Option if they have registered for previous June session and are willing to re-take the same syllabus
(may choose different option code) after getting the provisional result can register for November session without any late fee.
Candidates must attach copy of SOE or Provisional Certificate with the form. Failure to attached previous sessions details will be
consider as fresh candidate and late fee will be applicable if deadline crossed.

The British Council and the examining boards take all reasonable steps to provide continuity of service. We feel sure you will
understand, however, that we cannot be held responsible for any interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
If examinations or their results are disrupted, cancelled or delayed, every effort will be made to resume normal service as soon as
possible. The British Council’s liability will be limited to the refund of the registration fee and Cambridge’s decision will be final.
In case of cancellation of physical exam due to different circumstances, Cambridge’s decision will be final and British Council is not
liable to make provision of transfer of candidate to any A-Level school.
Neither British Council nor University of Cambridge International Examinations can be held responsible for any loss or damage or injury
or death caused to any candidate at the examination venue during examination due to any act of terrorism or otherwise.

In the event of illness, having parental responsibility for the above-named child, I give
permission for medical treatment to be administered where considered necessary by
a nominated first aider, or by suitably qualified medical practitioners. If I cannot be
contacted and my child should require emergency hospital treatment, I authorise a
qualified medical practitioner to provide emergency dental, medical or surgical
treatment, including anaesthetic or blood transfusion, considered necessary by the
medical authorities present.
