1, the first lessor, Adulla Al Numan, proposed to give my Flat (3rd Floor, Flat
No: C-1) of 3 storied building, Located at Holding: 91/1 , Habibur Rahaman Road,
Dowlotpur (West) P. S.- Kotowali Model Police Station, District- Cumilla, Bangladesh;
on lease and you the second party came to take this flat on lease and both parties agreed
to give and take under the terms and conditions as below:
Terms & Conditions:
1) This deed will remain valid for a period of 03 years from 01-03-2022 to
31-03-2025.

2) Monthly rent amounting to Tk. 10,000.00 ten thousand). The second party will
pay the rent between O1 to 10 days ofthe running month as per receipt.
3) The second party will pay Tk. 30,000.00 (thirty thousand) to the first party as
advance security deposit money. The lst party will return the same amount to the 2nd
party at the time of termination of the decd. If the second party failed to pay the rent
regularly then the first party can deduct the rent from this deposit money.
