G. Cite your own reflections about your work.

As we are conducting our interview with Ms. Cristalyn about her successful business operation, we as

a group are challenged by our course as we are under the business course. Knowing the history of

her business, from where she started down to the success of her business makes us motivated to do

the same way, the courage in pursuing to grow your business.

Her dedication, time she spent in growing her business is what most businesses starts. Big businesses

starts from the bottom. Her knowledge in conducting the business alone as well as producing the
goods and services is genius in every way. As well as using high quality ingredients to maintain the

same taste of her produced snacks.

We have realized that running a business needs a lot of time and in order for us to grow our

business, we should invest our time on it, patience is a must in running a business. We realized that

not all businessmen or businesswomen didn't experience hardships throughout their business. It takes

a lot of time, effort and patience when engaging in business. Through their hardships pays it off, and

learning through failures and failures makes you start again in business because you know the drill

already through your experiences.

After realizing how hard she works to grow her business bigger and successful, it made us proud of

her achievements, the ups and downs she went through, the eagerness she have and the positivity

she carry makes us want to become her. Her journey teaches us to be brave and to be tough in any

situation, have the courage to do whatever means possible and to be smarter at all times.

All throughout the interview, we have learned a lot of strategies and smart ways in running a

business which we can apply in the future, always starts smartly, its okay to fall sometimes, to be

tired sometimes because its normal, but never stop moving forward and start again. Failures is there

to makes us learn form our mistakes and to become more stronger. Her story is one of the examples

that no matter how small that business is, nake it as your investment and look for the bigger picture.

In starting a business, always start at the bottom, accept failures and apply what you have learned to

that. Start again, nevermind the backlash or negative feedbacks thrown at you but make it as your

motivation to do great without pressure. They do not know your future, you are the one who molds
