SUBMISSION OF TDP LIQUIDATION REPORT TO CHEDRO-IX

I Policy

 WHAT: Submission of Liquidation Report as per CHED Memorandum and MOA RA 10931.
 WHY: For the compliance under MOA RA 10931.
 WHEN: Every after receiving the Subsidy.
 WHO: The School Registrar, HEI Focal Person, HEI Accountant and School President.
 WHERE: Transactions on this matter will be made by the HEI-Registrar’s Office, Accounting’s Office and
CHEDRO-IX.

II Procedure

1. The HEI Focal Person will facilitate grantees in receiving the subsidy.
2. The HEI Focal Person will coordinate with the Accounting’s Office.
3. The HEI Focal Person will prepare and compile the needed documents for Liquidation.
4. Do all duties that may assigned by the School Registrar.
