• Use cranes and lifting equipment. Move materials in the correct way, in the right size and appropriately for the job.
• Dress correctly. and use equipment Protect personal safety Every time work is performed according to safety laws.
• Avoid using the device. Damaged machinery tools or in a condition not suitable for use
• Check the condition of the crane and equipment used in work to ensure they are always correct and orderly.
• Know where fire extinguishers are installed and how to use them.
• In the event of an accident, hurry and help each other immediately.

4. Roles and responsibilities at work

- Crane operator Passed the training according to the announcement of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare
regarding the criteria and methods of training for the course of performing the duties of a crane operator and giving signals
to a crane operator. Material binder or crane operator and work refresher training 2011, which consists of
• “Crane operator” means a person who has the duty to control the crane to work as required.
• “Giver of signals to the crane operator” means a person who uses hand signals or other types of communication
signals with the crane operator.
• “Material binder” means a person who performs binding duties. or hooking onto materials that are being lifted by a
crane
• “Crane operator” means the person who directs the use or orders the crane operator to follow, as well as considers the

6. Precautions for lifting work

- In cases where the lifting work has a confined space or there is an obstruction, the crane driver cannot see the signal giver.
He or she can use a communication device instead.
- Check route conditions and positions The cairn location must be stable and strong. Avoid setting up the crane near the
mouth of the hole. or the edge of the drainage ditch because the soil may move and cause the crane to topple
- Must ensure that the crane area is strong enough. In case the strength of the crane area is insufficient. The floor must be
compacted and steel sheets laid to be able to support the overall weight of the crane while working.
- Crane Mats must be stable and strong because they are the part that transfers water from the crane to the ground.
- The crane foot plate must support the load at an angle of 90 to the hydraulic cylinder.
- The end of the swinging part of the crane must be at least 2 feet away from the building.
- Do not perform any work if the engine oil hydraulic oil or the wind power is not enough
- Do not allow other people to enter the control room
- Do not lift materials off the ground by setting up a boom.
- Stop working and lower the boom during storms, rain, and thunderstorms.
- If the wind speed exceeds 30 miles/hr (48.3 km/hr), the lifting work must be stopped immediately.
- The extension of each boom must be equal.

- Do not move materials by lifting, hanging, or hanging. and run together

- Crane operators must wear safety equipment when leaving the control room.
- Do not lie the boom beyond its lifting capacity/movable parts must be at least 60 cm away from the building
7. Steps before performing lifting work
- JCS brings the crane that will be used. Including various lifting equipment to be inspected at the ITE department with the
following documents attached:
- PJ2 that are no more than 3 months old, user manual and pictures showing hand signals of the hand signaller
- Driving license type 2 or higher for crane drivers. Documents have passed training for crane operators, etc., and have
experience in lifting work of not less than 3 years.
- JCS checks the work area to see if it can work or not and arranges a date for the area and brings a steel plate with a
width and length not less than 3 times the crane's foot in a square or circle shape. Arrange it to support the crane's legs
to prepare the worksite area before lifting.
- When inspecting and preparing the worksite area is complete, coordinate with ITE and engineers to come in and inspect and
confirm the condition of the worksite to ensure that lifting work is possible
- Check the lifting equipment before starting the lifting work and document the test load and certificate of the lifting
equipment that will be used.
- If it is confirmed that work can begin, then work will begin
- Before starting the lifting work, do a Safety Talk and Safety Stand-down about the lifting steps and the lifting plan according
to the Lifting plan that has been prepared.
- Cord off the area and post warning signs.
- In the event that it is considered incorrect or unsafe, the person controlling the lifting work must stop work immediately to
make corrections before returning to work again.
- When there is a change in the lifting point, ITE and engineers will inspect and confirm before starting work every time and
ITE will be at the work site every time while doing lifting work.

- Bring the crane into the designated crane standing area. Check the surrounding area for equipment to lift the duct. When the
crane has reached the designated point, set up the crane using the crane leg support plate. Check the position of the crane leg
to ensure that it is strong and stable. or can support the weight of the crane in risky areas You should use a thick steel plate to
support it. Steel plate thickness at least 16-25 mm.

Assemble lifting equipment using Sling 10t x 10/quantity 4 EA, Sling 4t x 4m. Quantity 4 EA

- Lift the work piece 15 cm. above the floor of the vehicle and hold it for 5 minutes to check the weight of the lifting equipment
and check the balance point in lifting.
- After lifting to check, lift the work piece up and let the trailer move out. and swing the workpiece to the right in the direction
of 90 degrees and then slowly lie down with a boom to put it in position When finished, assemble the pieces in order.

2. Notify your supervisor of the incident as soon as possible.
3. Provide first aid to those injured in an emergency.
4. In the event of an injury, notify the nearest hospital and prepare a route for the ambulance to arrive. You can help easily.
5. Prepare a navigator waiting for the ambulance to reach the injured person easily and quickly.
6. Prevent dangers that will occur after an emergency occurs, such as broken cables, crane structures that may collapse, fire,
electric shock, collapse of the materials being lifted. maternal grandmother or falling of the lifted workpiece
7. Block off areas where emergencies occur. Outsiders and those without relevant duties are strictly prohibited from entering the
