Introduction
What is Existing Operator Registration?

• Organisations approved and registered as


Scheduled/Non Scheduled/General Aviation
Operator etc. with DGCA, receive user id and
password to login and avail various services
under e-Governance of Civil Aviation (eGCA).

Why registration is required for Operator?

• Required to avail services of various


directorates under the eGCA project .
Training Objectives

Sub-User Registration

Operator user can register sub-users to carry


out specific tasks. As of now following category
of sub-users can be created:-

1. eLog Book Verifier


2. Director Flight Operations.
3. Document Verifier
4. Continuing Airworthiness Manager
5. Quality Manager
6. Director in Flight Services
7. Cabin Safety Training Manager
8. Alternate Cabin Safety Training Manager

After sub-user registration, eGCA Id and default


password will be sent to entered email Id.
Remove Sub-User

Operator(Accountable
Manager) & Director Flight

remove sub-users.

After removal, eGCA Id of


sub user will be deleted
and sub-user will no
longer be able to login on
eGCA portal.
