OWNERS’ CONSENT
WE, SPOUSES ARTEMIO BERMEJO YBOA AND RUTH
SOLORIANO YBOA, all of legal age, Filipino citizens and residents of Brgy.
Cogon, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law do hereby depose and states, THAT:

1. That we are the registered owners and possessors of that certain parcel of
land (Lot 2209-A-33 of the subdivision plan (LRC), Psd-156719, being a
portion of Lot No. 2209-A, Psd-70264, L.R.C. record No. 1572), situated
in Brgy. Cogon-Combado, Ormoc City, Leyte with an area of TWO
HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE (255) Square Meters, more or less and covered
by TCT No. 121-2014000161 of the Registry of Deeds for Ormoc City;

2. That we hereby signify our written consent, freely, willingly and


voluntarily to allow our daughter, RUTHIE MAE YBOA CALE, of legal
age, married and a resident of Brgy. Cogon, Ormoc City, Leyte, to
construct and/or build a residential building on the said parcel of land;

3. That we have no objection to such improvement;

4. That we execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


statements and for purposes of issuance of building permit.

AMORSOLA C. DELA CERNA, DIONESIO C. DELA CERNA, MA. LORENA D.
PILAPIL AND LUPERCIA D. CAMAY, all of legal age, Filipino citizens and
residents of Albuera and Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines, respectively, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and states, THAT:

5. That we are the only surviving legal heirs of the late Isabel C. Dela Cerna, who
died sometime in 2001 in Ormoc City, Leyte, rightful owner over a portion of
TWO HUNDRED (200) SQUARE METERS of that certain parcel of land
designated as Lot 1613-C-1-D of the subdivision plan Psd-08-010833-D, situated
in the Brgy. of Patag, Ormoc City, Leyte and covered by TCT No. 34347 of the
Registry of Deeds for Ormoc City, Leyte, which she acquired from Benita P.
Maglasang, as evidenced by Deed of Absolute Sale dated June 17, 2011;

6. That we hereby give our consent, approval and for purposes of issuance of permit
or clearance by concerned agencies of the government to MARIO P.
TUMAMPO, likewise of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Sumangga,
Ormoc City, Leyte, live-in-partner of herein, MARIA AMORSOLA C. DELA
CERNA, to construct and/or build a residential house with an area of One
Hundred (100) Square Meters, more or less, on a portion of the aforesaid parcel
of land;

7. That we have no objection to such improvement in aforesaid property;

8. That we execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements
and for purposes of issuance of building permit.
