1. Preliminaries CALL TO ORDER
The 3rd meeting of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Zone-1 was Called to
Order at 9:35am on March 3, 2023 (Friday) at the Barangay hall, Barangay Zone-1
Zamboanga City, Hon. Naldrin V. Mariano, SK Chairman/Presiding Officer was
present.

INVOCATION;
This was led by Hon. Rose ann Palarca

The following members were present when the Secretary Mr. Raymond L.
Mariano made the roll call.

3. Business of the day 3.1 .Approval of ABYIP and CBYDP

Hon. Naldrin V Mariano Preside over the meeting and presented to the meeting
the Revised ABYIP and CBYDP for approval. Hon Wendel Mariano Approved the
Revised ABYIP and CBYDP Seconded by all council member Present. Hon. Naldrin
V. Mariano Sponsored the Resolution of ABYIP and CBYDP .

3.2 Joining of Brgy. Zone-1 to Inter Brgy League Mafuerza Cup Lead Vice City
Vice Mayor Josephine Pareja

The Presiding officer Hon. Naldrin V. Mariano aside from the activities listed in
ABYIP and CBYDP, present the bodies the invitation coming from the city vice
mayor Inter Barangay league Mafuerza cup, All Members Present has agree to
join the Basketball Tournament.

5. Privilege of the SK The chairperson assigned the date on April 7, 2023 would be next Session
Chairperson meeting.

7. Adjournment In the absence of question among the members of the council, Hon. Rose Ann
Palarca moved for the session to adjourn and was seconded by all the members
present. Hon. Naldrin V. Mariano, Presiding Officer, Declared the session
adjourned at 11:40 o`clock in the morning.
